When we returned to the room, the front door was open, and we didn't do any cleaning. The room 606 we stayed in was too noisy. I felt like I wouldn't sleep more than 6 hours in this hotel. I was washing the windows before 8 o'clock in the morning. It was so... The sound of banging was unbearable, so I took my child with me.

an amazing trip and one of the best hotels to stay at in Copenhagen amazing location very friendly staff. The room itself was beautiful clean and had everything you needed with mini bar included. couldn’t recommend more and will definitely be staying at this hotel on my future visits

I recently had a very frustrating experience with a hotel that left me feeling scammed. During my stay, I paid a deposit, which I was assured would be returned to me after check-out. However, a month has passed since I checked out, and they have not returned my deposit. To make matters worse, I received a notification that they are trying to charge me the full amount of the room rate again, despite having already paid for my stay. It’s incredibly disappointing to feel taken advantage of, especially when you expect a certain level of professionalism and integrity from a hotel. I hope others can avoid such a negative experience in the future.

One night stay as two friends sharing a medium room at the end of the first week. Can’t fault it. Friendly staff, nice food in the restaurant, great quality rooms (worth knowing, in the Medium rooms the shower and sink are integrated into the main room which is worth considering depending on who is sharing!), easy bike rental service, great location for exploring all of the city!

If you were to draw a conclusion, it was a very nice stay. The location is perfect, in my opinion much better than the other 25hours. Close to the city AND the water. The rooms are super comfortable, the design is as cool as usual and yet comfortable. Even if the rooms are rather small. The view is amazing if you have the right room. The staff is very friendly, even if you notice that they still need to practice a lot. 10 minutes to check in when the hotel is fully booked would have been an imposition. Since hardly anyone else was there, it was fine. The biggest weakness is the breakfast, which was substandard. Little choice, nothing typical, the fruit salad consisted of pineapple, watermelon and grapes. A joke. No fresh orange juice. :-( maybe it was also because the hotel is still very new and quite empty. The parking garage directly below is expensive, like in Copenhagen, but practical. In summary: probably not the last time.
