Excellent stay. We spent some amazing days in Copenhagen. The room was clean, easy access, everything very intuitive. The hotel is 8 minutes walk from the metro station, so you can get to the center in 20 minutes. Supermarket very close and overall very good service.

The location is a bit far, but everything else is very good, full self-service, very convenient, and the facilities are very good and new.

It is not very friendly to guests who need manual service. But if you need anything, you can contact WhatsApp customer service at any time, and you will usually receive a reply soon. The hotel does not provide free cleaning services, but all consumables (such as towels, toilet paper, coffee tea bags, scouring pads, etc.) are fully provided and can be taken by yourself. Please pay attention! There is no air-conditioning in the room. We opened the windows for ventilation this time. Please evaluate your needs by yourself. The hotel provides free laundry and drying services, which is great! At the same time, there are also small welcome gifts in the room, which is very heartwarming. The hotel is close to the subway station and there are two large chain supermarkets nearby. The location is very convenient.
