Hotel doesn't provide clean rooms. Mostly rooms are dirty and old, shabby. Had to pay extra for a better cleaned room in another building. Staff is not at-all supportive. No lift. No help with luggage even when the room is dirty, we had to move luggage from one building 3rd floor to another building by ourselves. Horrible stay.

I booked a standard double bed room two months prior to my stay in the hotel. But they gave me a twin bedroom. When i asked to change the room they said all the double bedrooms are already booked. If i can't get what i booked for then what's the meaning of booked prior to your journey. Later they changed the room but that was also a twin bedroom. It was a pathetic experience of staying with my baby.

The room allotted was different from what it's shown in the image and in such a cold place no hot water. The wash rooms are in a bad condition. bad experiences from customers

The location and view is awesome. You won't regret this hotel in terms of location. The service of restaurants and home service was below average.

The location was fabulous but that was it. My experience was a horrific one. The hotel has no running water supply. There is water scarcity and on calling the reception they were unable to resolve the issue.

Third floor room no lift. Very very limited menu. There are items unavailable in that as well. Asked for water, provided water in a reused 5 liter can. Washroom hand wash drain exit overflows into the bathroom floor.

Very old establishment but never renovated. No service at night, even water is also not provided (they have a ro machine though at their reception. You don't feel like using those washrooms as it looks like some old public toilet attached in every room.
