Trip.com messed up my booking. I was supposed to have a jacuzzi suite and their booking info did not match. Neither did the booking number. The hotel did fix it. The pool was cold, the hot tub was not working properly. The jacuzzi in the suite looked clean until we added water and used the jets, it was nasty. So we drained it and filled it again. Also the couch bed was dirty, lots of food stuck in it, and the sheets were dirty on the couch as well. The overall room was nice. Loud because of renovations.

Room unclean and loud event near room The rooms look updated but walls in bathroom were dirty and putty all over the wall. Before customers checkin I would make sure it’s ready. We are not fussy but to raise the bar, clean and make sure holes in walls are covered. We also were placed near an event room with band/DJ music and so loud.

I had a man from the front desk walk in on me changing. he did not once address himself before entering nor was he part of house keeping since they had been by about 30 minutes before the incident. when i went downstairs to the front desk to confront him there was no one down there but him hiding in the back. so i sat there and he never came out so we left.

At least there weren't bed bugs... Stood and waited for 5 minutes upon arrival while one staff member read the paper and two others played on their phones. Asked for a cot, they brought up a rollaway bed that was dirty/stained/smelled bad. The room smelled like a combination of stale cigarettes and fresh paint. The jets were not working on the hot tub and it was only lukewarm. The bed felt like sleeping on cardboard, I am a disabled vet and could barely stand when I woke up today. The "oatmeal" at breakfast was mostly water, the juice machine was broken, there was no waffle mix when we came down at 630. Absolutely terrible experience.

The beds were uncomfortable. The room we stayed in the bathroom was small! no light above the door when you walk in the room. There were only 2 lights, one by the bed the other on the desk.

Below Average Mix up at check in-no hot tub-tv didn’t work had to change rooms-said there was a restaurant and bar not true-no telephone in room-breakfast on Friday was not very good.

Terrible experience!! We got to the hotel and they did not have our king suite that I had already booked and paid for. They were all taken. We stayed in a standard room that was not at a discount. They said they would bring a rollaway bed as it was a one bed room. They did not and we had to call down later in the evening for them to bring it. Furthermore, they brought sheets and pillowcases but no extra pillows or a blanket. The next night we were in what was still not the correct room but it was a king suite with a jacuzzi. The jacuzzi was dirty and the room smelled musty and moldy and it aggravated my asthma. Also, one of the windows was open a bit with the air conditioning on. It was even hotter in there because of that.

Nothing worked in the room, microwave broken, cook top not working.. No return calls from manager, ******* is no help. Personal things where missing, and there’s no security or do they care.
