Was planning a longer stay till I got apartment. The management lowered my weekly rate which was very generous. The place was quiet and clean. Bed and pillows very nice and comfortable. Nice walk in shower. Ac went out first week and when I called them it was immediately switched out with a different working unit. Very pleased with my stay. I recommend this place high. Thumbs 👍

Run-down and UNLOVED. Dirty. Dirty. Dirty. And worn out and grimy. That's bad enough, but the Water Quality from the tap is literally rotten. NOT having an Office Clerk was unusual, and inconvenient at best. We decided to leave early bc of the above. I have made my share of decent-but-critical Reviews on TripAdviser, and I'm sorry to give a crappy Review to any Business, but Honestly, that's my story. I can tell they're struggling here, and/but I wish them well.

Room very dirty. Peanuts under the bed. Bed sheets looks like not changed from the previous guest. Water from the tap rusty. The rating far fetched and should be mush lover. Very disappointed, not recommend and never stay again.

Great little place in a lovely setting. I liked that it’s a little off the beaten path. We stopped overnight midway through a move cross-county. The room was very clean, way more so than the last few ‘chain’ places we stayed in. We were very comfortable. Melinda was super helpful, and Tom was nice as well. :-D

I have to say this was a very welcoming experience the hostess and her partner were very accommodating and courteous the room was super clean and stocked with everything a person could need . I will definitely visit here again.

Hoped I'd found a gem for a sweet deal in an area I stay a couple times a year. I don't need fancy and Eric was pleasant, but unfortunately I ended up with 100+ bed bug bites from my stay here. Had an exterminator come to my house to ensure I didn't bring any home (thankfully I didn't), but when he saw photos of my bites he said that room (first one on right when you pull into place) must have been riddled with them to get that many bites in one night. Never again!

I stayed at Cool Springs for a night on my way to Chicago and it was very good. Not expensive but clean and specious room. Nothing fancy but it worked very well at a budget cost. The gentleman working there was very friendly and welcoming. Helpful with information too. Nothing much in the area of the hotel so it’s quiet and only a short drive to Walmart or Meijer. I would definitely stay here again. Was very nice.
