October '22 UPDATE: The road from Gardiner, MT to Cooke City is now open!. We are located within walking distance to shops and restaurants in the historic town of Cooke City, MT. There are countless activities right outside your door including hiking, 4 wheeling, fishing, sight seeing, wildlife watching, skiing, and snowmobiling. This cabin is a duplex and the Eagle Nest is the upper unit. The Fox Den is the lower unit.The spaceThis cabin boasts incredible mountain views from every window and has lots of natural light. This cabin includes a main room with kitchen, dining table, sitting chair and futon couch/bed. The bedroom has a king bed and great views too. There is one bathroom with a shower.This cabin is the upstairs unit. We also rent the downstairs unit as a vacation rental and it is called the Fox's Den Cabin.We are new owners and we are working on several upgrades. We will post updates as soon as we can! We are looking forward to having you enjoy this special place.Guest accessGuests will have access to the entire space and porch. Guests must use stairs to access the cabin.Other things to noteWe are happy to provide alternative suggestions of fun activities given the road damage in Yellowstone. We hope you will consider coming to visit this incredible area! Please feel free to contact us with any questions or concerns about roads and the conditions.There is no cell service in Cooke City. We recommend enabling wifi calling and texting prior to your visit if you need to communicate with outside parties during your stay.There are limited groceries in Cooke City. We recommend shopping in a bigger town prior to your arrival.
