We spent two nights at The Beach House. Our 3rd-floor room had floor-to-ceiling windows that looked onto the marina and the bay. The views of the Amador and the city were beautiful from both our room and our balcony. It was great having both a fridge and coffee maker in the room since we had to leave before they served breakfast both days we stayed. There are lots of restaurants within walking distance. When we stayed there the nature park next door was closed due to covid, and the swimming pool was being maintained. However, when we arrived early due to an overnight flight, they let us check into our room as soon as it was available. We were so grateful! They also kept our luggage for the day after we checked out so that we could go to Tobaga Island before departing on the next part of our journey. I felt like they were very thoughtful and accommodating. This hotel is a great choice.

We really enjoyed our time at this location during our recent family trip to Panama City, Panama. The only ding I had was that the room could have use a more thorough cleaning, as we noticed some mold in our room, but I guess its difficult in such a humid climate. The breakfast offered was delicious and the attendants were super involved and attentive. We were met with plenty of helpful hands while traveling with our little ones. We also loved our room and the view from our room during our stay at this hotel. Our refrigerator was stacked with plenty of refreshment if we required anything at a moments notice, but we decided not to purchase anything from the refrigerator while there - so no idea if the cost was reasonable. The pool area was enjoyed by the kids and we also enjoyed the poolside service we were offered while enjoying the pool. We really liked most of the amenities during our time we spent at the JW Marriot and would be happy to stay at this hotel again in the future.

My family stayed at this hotel for spring break and let me tell you it was AMAZING!!! Upon check in there was a hiccup and after it was addressed by upper management, our stay was flawless for the rest of the week. First off the grounds are STUNNING and very well maintained. The hotel is a little further from the city but we enjoyed that because whenever we wanted to go into town it was a quick uber ride away. The pools were amazing! We were here 7 days and we did not want to leave! The breakfast was delicious and fresh every morning, the spa was relaxing and my massage was wonderful. We had dinner on property one of our nights and the live music was a nice touch and food here was top notch as well. Drinks at the bar were great-we had a ”date night” here to celebrate our anniversary and the staff assisted my husband with surprising me with lovely roses and fine chocolates. I'm giving the hotel 5 stars because not only is it truly a luxury experience, but their staff is incredible, Isaac is GEM!!!! He literally checked on my family EVERY single day. He turned my stay into one of the best vacations I've ever had (and I travel...OFTEN, all over the world). He was warm, genuine and PROFESSIONAL! He is the reason that I will return to this property during our next visit to Panama, because we will be back! Thank you Santa Maria for a wonderful vacation and thank you Isaac for EVERYTHING!!! I arrived here after a long day of traveling. The first words from the person behind the desk...was ” we have been trying to get in touch with you”...I knew that was trouble --and a lie, I got no messages or emails and my room was fully paid. I was told that they had no more rooms and they put me at a hotel ”down the block”,,,lie #2, it was 10-15 travel no traffic, 20-25 in morning. I informed the person behind the counter that I had to stay here because my food was being delivered here, my entire team was here and we were being picked up in morning and my Covid test was early in the morning, They said not to worry, they would have a car waiting at 730 am to take me back to this hotel, lie # 3. At 730 am I was outside looking for my car and not only was there no car, no one spoke English. Fortunately, I took the night manager's card since he promised me that he would reimburse me for my troubles--lie #4...he said what he had to say to get me out of the hotel. I showed the card to a driver and used my broken Spanish..the driver took a picture of that card and proceeded to take me 30 min out of the way to the wrong Westin...yes missed my morning appointments, Ps- I emailed the night and day managers and still no response

My stay at the Crowne plaza was awesome. The staff was so lovely! The breakfast was very good - fresh eggs, juice, fruit, decent coffee, and a couple of Panamanian favorites as well. The room was clean and fresh. Plus, having the pool on the stopover was a great way to relax a bit - plenty of shade in the pool area. The shuttle service to and from the airport is free and easy. The only thing is that it comes and goes just once an hour, so that could be improved for convenience.

Enjoyed our stay at the Aloft Panama! The hotel offers a great value for the price. The hotel is clean and the beds and rooms are comfortable. The location was great as well. The Multiplaza Mall is within walking distance “less than a mile away”. An Uber to Casco Viejo was less than $5. You also have direct indoor access to the Sheraton Grand next door, which has a 24 hour Pasteleria. Would definitely stay again.
