This was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had.
A moldy ceiling, no hot water, and all the hotel facilities were shut down. The swimming pool looked like it could’ve been filled with Ganges River water!
We had two guests staying, but they only provided one bottle of water and one worn-out towel per day. What’s going on here?
The worst part was one of the nights—we came back to find the hotel had no power. The electricity kept going on and off more than ten times throughout the night, causing the air conditioner to constantly turn off and restart.
I strongly do not recommend this hotel.
這是我有史以來最糟糕的住宿經驗，發霉的天花板，沒有熱水，飯店設施也是全關閉，游泳池應該跟恆河水一樣！兩人入住，每天就提供一瓶水跟一條爛爛的毛巾，是哪裡有問題嗎！
重點是入住的其中一天，晚上回到飯店是停電的，一個晚上停電來電10幾次，冷氣就開開關關，真的非常不建議的一次經驗！

I had recently booked a room in Queeny hotel the staff at the reception was rude and not helpful During booking it was shown everything is available such as toiletries pool housekeeping but we had no such services received Pool was under construction room was given in the ground floor after requesting for a room in the second floor it was denied and extra charges was asked this was nothing mentioned while booking Experience was not expected need improvement in every area of the hotel and please mention if anything is not available in the hotel Such a terrible stay won’t visit again

I had a very unpleasant experience at Hotel Queeny, Velsao, South Goa and felt it was important to share this for future travelers. Before booking, I specifically asked about the availability of hot water in the shower—since during my earlier visit they had claimed it depended on sunlight for their solar heating system. This time, they assured me that during the rainy season, they provide electric water heaters, and there would be no issue. Unfortunately, that assurance turned out to be completely false. Upon check-in, we were shown three rooms to choose from—all of which were dirty, smelly, and poorly maintained. Electric sockets were not working, the lamps were covered in dust, and the toilets were unclean, with non-functional flushes. We had to settle on one room only because we had no other option at the last minute. Even when we requested a quick repair of the flush, the staff responded as though it was a burden—not at all professional or courteous. As for the hot water, it was not available at any time of the day, not even in the morning or late at night. We had to take cold showers despite the promises made. The entire experience felt misleading and extremely uncomfortable. I genuinely feel that many of the positive reviews online may be manipulated or written by their own marketing team, because what we experienced was nowhere close to what was advertised. If you're still in doubt, I would say go ahead and book—but do so at your own risk. I will certainly never return to this property, nor recommend it to anyone seeking a clean, honest, and comfortable stay.

The hotel was too good ❤️ the view was soo relaxing😌 there is swinging pool, gym, restaurant.. Good facility, nice maintenance, jst we enjoyed a lot 😇 thank you makemytrip ❤️

Poorly maintained property with lifts not working no restaurant unclean rooms broken fittings and poor water service . Only positive point was location and near to BITS Pilani Goa campus
