One shower door was missing. We didn't noti e it til we were unloaded and unpacked. Made the hotel aware. They offered to move us. But we declined. Just requested more towels. Everything else was good. Will come back. Until next time!

We stayed here after our daughters wedding so we were tired! Didn't do a detailed inspection but you could tell this was a "well used" hotel. The carpet in the room was not clean, the body wash dispenser in the shower was empty, the toilet wouldn't stop running, we were put in a handicap room so the shower water drained to the middle of the bathroom. We slept in and did not get up in time for breakfast but the coffee on the way out of the door was good. Our saving grace was the "Eggs Up Grill" just down the street. They get a 5 star rating!

Checked in at 7:45pm and there was no room available and staff didn’t care. He then said he could give us a king and pullout couch and while it wasn’t ideal for us we said ok. He went to change the reservation and said that room was now gone and didn’t care. Told us to contact ******* for refund. Then he decided to physically check a room to see if it was clean which it was. No apology for confusion. Get up to the room and it was underwhelming and refrigerator didn’t work. Also not ideal since we were traveling for sports. The pool was disgusting and cloudy and had to go ask for towels at the desk. Never again will we stay there.

Underwhelming The room was advertised as 2 queen beds, but they were full size. All of the containers of body wash, shampoo, conditioner and lotion were empty so its a good thing i always bring my own.

The ladies at the front desk, when I arrived were competent and pleasant, as was the cleaning staff member on the 4th floor. Currently unable to sleep. People in the next room are talking, coughing, and popping corn. I shouldn't know this. The bathroom is designed to flood - have never seen anything like it. TV sucks: most channels are sports crap, foreign language crap, religious crap, or leftist fake news crap. Remote barely works anyway. Going down to sleep in my vehicle. Maybe quieter.

Good, not great We enjoyed our stay with a couple of caveats. First, we were booked into a Handicap Room, but did not ask for one. We asked to change and were told we could not. Seems unfortunate as we didn't want to take a room that someone may need. Second, the hotel does need a refresh. Wall paper was peeling off the walls and sheetrock repairs were done poorly and need to be redone.

Horrible. Called to let hotel know I would be arriving late. after midnight. They said no problem.. Go to check in at 12:45 am and their sytem was down. Told me I would be able to check in at 2am. I had to leave and drive home. not happy at all

Over rated Was charged $50 as a pet fee and $20 for incidentals. Lord knows what incedentals are because we sure didn't receive any extras. Coffee pot in room didn't work and the coffee in the lobby was cold. couldn't connect with internet. Banging in the walls, couldn't determine cause but it sounding like pipes. gaps around room door letting in sounds and light. Actually it was a poor experience overall.
