It was our first time in this hotel . The location is very good close to the beach and 15 minutes walk to the city centre where there are lots of restaurants and bars with affordable prices. The hotel is very clean the room is very good size. The pool is very well maintained and the indoor pool and the Spa are very good. The food is was excellent with lots os choice and all the staff are friendly and helpful we will return for sure.

A really nice hotel with some nice family atmosphere and good amenities Great buffet breakfast and a nice in dinning restaurant with nice staff. Also very near downtown (10min walk) that allows you to go for a drink or meal outside the hotel. The ration price/quality is well worth it! Very good for a family vacation with hardly non-spanish tourists.

On 14 July 2025, 12 days before our planned arrival, reception staff Sergio Canete emailed me to follow up on our booking request for some reasonable allowances for my wife's restricted mobility. On 17 July, I responded to Sergio & he confirmed back via email the same day. On 26 July, we flew from Manchester (UK) to Jerez, and arrived at the Gran Conil Hotel. Sergio warmly welcomed us for check in & offered us a glass of champagne / orange juice. Sergio had fully considered our booking request & my wife's mobility needs, and kindly placed us in 2 adjacent rooms on the ground floor, with one being a fantastic upgrade to a suite, & it's location meant no stairs when walking to breakfast & dinner in the buffet restaurant. When walking to the pool & beach boardwalk, my wife could use the ramp walkway. Sergio has certainly understood my wife's specific needs, and has ensured our room location was ideal with enhanced comfort for an amazing stay in your fantastic hotel. Sergio was exceptional. Gran Conil is a modern & immaculate hotel with exceptional standards of cleanliness. All the staff were smiling & exceptionally friendly & helpful. We would fully recommend the Gran Conil Hotel & would return in future.

Fab stylish modern hotel. Swimming pool lovely and big, clean rooms with aircon. Bed was the comfiest I’ve ever slept in, memory foam mattress. Beautiful grounds and building. Great entertainment most nights, saxophone player round the pool was fantastic as was the guitarist one evening and the opera singing guy. Excellent location next to the beach, the walk down a boardwalk to get there was beautiful and great for viewing the sunsets. Staff very happy and friendly. Food was delicious, amazing every day, we stayed half board. The place had a great atmosphere.

No complaints, everyone was superfriendly! The room was exellent. Breakfast and diner are perfect. We have been to the Canariën islands and Greece, but this is our number one. A walk to the beach is only 3 minutes. You need something else? Supermarket is a 3 minutes walk.

Our first time in Conil at Hipotels Gran Conil. The staff are so helpful with a complimentary upgrade given. Most staff speak Spanish, German and English. The place is so luxurious, with the beach a stones throw away and the shops approximately 15 minutes walk from the hotel. The meals are first class and to the highest standard it's like a banquet with the amount of food and different varieties on offer. The rooms are very spacious and immaculately looked after by the staff. If you haven't visited then put this on your bucket list. We will be back very soon and thanks again for the best holiday!!!
