First of all an authorization for $5000.00+ was placed on mycredit card. LaConcha admitted their error and removed it. Secondly the shower was extremely difficult to operate. Maintainance demonstrated it, but it was totally unacceptable. Our security safe froze on us at a very inconvient and was repaired. We would not stay there in the future

The most horrible experience! It is so sad for me that my first time in Puerto Rico went through a rough time at La Concha Hotel !!
The bartenders and one of the managers in duty at night time treated me and my fiends so horrible they are clearly homofobics and transphobics !

The worst hotel I've ever stayed in! There was nothing to see except the lobby. There were also hygiene issues: the towels of the three rooms I booked were stained with blood and the bed sheets were not clean; there were only two cleanings in the six nights I stayed; not to mention the service, respect is not necessarily available to Chinese people: there is no service at all, and the words are more arrogant than your boss. Safety: the table lamp inside the room fell and hit someone, and the hotel didn't even say a greeting? ? ? In short, I was extremely disappointed with Marriott after staying in this hotel!

The room is very big. I specially booked a room with a kitchen so that I can cook some simple food. It's nice😊.
The infinity pool has a beautiful view and there are lounge chairs on the beach near the sea.

Environment: Very, very good! Highly recommend the sea view room; it is amazing. The hotel has two bars. The outdoor garden bar can go directly to the seaside; very suitable for vacation.
