BEWARE: BED BUGS
Staff denied claims of bed bugs but woke up with bites every day. Accused us of lying instead of helping. They said they would dispute reviews if we warn others of bed bugs. AVOID this place.
Place was filled with centipedes as well.
Servant quarter turned into a “suite”. Housekeeping did not come. WiFi does not work.

The property was east to get to, easy parking, the hotel is currently under renovation. The room that was booked for me, unfortunately the AC didn’t work. But Elizabeth was attentive, and fixed the issue immediately and put me in a different room and the room was wonderful, spacious and clean. I wish my stay was longer. Would come back!

This is very convenient in the Condado district to many things and a 2 block walk to the beach and a 5 minute Uber to many other places.
There is no view really-just of other building-but I spent a lot of time out so it was fine. Brand new and very clean and spacious.

This is a shared apar**ent. We had no idea. This is not a hotel. This should not be in the website or it should be readily Advertised as such.. going back to look it’s in very very fine print .. very very disappointing.. we had a random person sleeping out in common area.
