Got in after dark and left relatively early, so can only really comment on the room itself. Bed was very comfy, and I was able to get the sleep I needed without issue. :) Room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Staff were also very good.

People at the front desk give you a warm welcome. We were given an upgrade right away: a large comfy room. Although the hotel is not at its best, it provides you with a nice atmosphere, good food and a lovely pool.

Location, the beste for thow who travlling on a roda trip like me. Staff great, however is very clear the hotel has a very bad management. Toilet, tv control, and room access card were broken. Room door has no acoustic, all the soud from the corridor invades the room, bad to sleep

The hotel was welcoming, easy to find and the room extremely comfortable. Breakfast was great with fruit salad and orange juice to die for. Great hotel because it was exactly as described. Excellent service. Would highly recommend, especially for families as they have play areas for children and colouring pages etc.

Who subscribes Diego Lara, our experience was not pleasant. We were a group of 10 people, we stayed from Saturday, April 6 to Sunday, April 7, 2024. In the afternoon we ordered hot sandwiches at the bar/restaurant, the bread for the sandwiches had mushrooms. greens, they didn't even bother to cut the edges. At breakfast the bread again had mold and the toppings such as (butter, jams, jellies) are not correctly marked, they were inside a refrigerator and we thought there were none. The orange juice for breakfast was sour, the other juices were powdered juices with ice. The side access from the pool to the patio was completely flooded with water from the showers, making it impossible to access the field, having to walk over the edge of the pool to go down to the outside garden. The pools do not adapt to the external climate, for example in April (autumn) they are not heated and even more so when the hotel has no other entertainment other than the pools, the water was freezing. The closed pool was totally covered in green mold. In conclusion, it is not a place we would return to. They are far from the standard of a 4-star hotel.

Very comfortable location. The food in the restaurant is very good and varied and at a good price. How delicious the gold! The park behind is divine. You forget that you are on the side of the road. If you like to open the window to ventilate the room it has to be towards the back. Towards the route it is very noisy. The windows are good and with everything closed you can't even feel it.

Very nice hotel on the route. All quite modern and well decorated. The breakfast varied, but I expected more from the dinner cuisine. As for the infrastructure, I would say that the indoor pool is a little small, but the outside is very nice.

The Hotel is in excellent condition, it is located on the outskirts of Concordia 15' on Route 14. I recommend it for all those who travel by vehicle, it is not for those without mobility. The first class rooms, the 2 swimming pools are very good, one covered, the other not, They are not heated. It has a Foosball game area, a Pin Pong table, a Pool Table, next door is the Gym which is very inefficient… the restaurant is very good, what it lacks is a little more variety but the dishes are very delicious! Javi or in 30' shifts that you can at reception and the Wifi is excellent... except for the Carnival weekend when the hotel was full and it didn't work at all well!!!
