Absolute worst experience I’ve ever had with a hotel. When my flight was delayed, I called to let them know that we would be there late. They told me that not only could they not check us in, that the entire reservation would be cancelled if we weren’t there by midnight (while we would still be in the air). All three staff members were not just unhelpful, but also rude. Thankfully another hotel, a stone’s throw away, knows how to be hospitable in the hospitality industry. They were also flabbergasted that we weren’t allowed to check in late.

I never got to stay there and had to book another hotel in Kannapolis. I couldn’t make my first day that I scheduled for the reservation. I sent a text message to the hotel through the ******* app and nobody responded. When I showed up the next day the hotel informed me that they canceled my reservation and were completely booked.

Property has poor bedding and mattresses. Not true king size more similar to full size beds. False advertisement on bed size and comfort.

This hotel had a 2 burner eye in the counter but no pots or pans or any kitchen utensils. When I went to ask of more towels I was told I needed to go back to my room and get my dirty towels and bring them to front desk to exchange them. Kinda shady area with people always walking around outside at night and yelling. People in room above me sounded like they were in a band with stomping. Hotel said they were non smoking but my room smelled like tabacco and the smell of marajauana was in the hall. Was told to call a 1800 number for password to wifi but never get anyone on the line to get passcode.

Bad things: No Fresh air inside the room and you cannot open the window. The elevator smells bad all the time and you smell like you drive an old car and oil leaks from the engine. They need to wash the carpet in all corridors.
The smoke dedicator alarm inside the room started once I turned on the heater. Something was burning for 10 seconds.
Good things: The location is amazing, the room was clean, and the price was good.
The property is not for people with lung issue or babies.
