We had to switch rooms at 10:00 PM because our shower was not working. I would have thought we would have been offered a discount of somesort

We were awakened one night during our stay by the loudest noise possible at 3:24 in the am. It was incessant and was so loud that the hardware in the bathrooms were shaking. We called down to the front desk who did come in our room and look around only to tell us that they could definitely see why we were concerned but simply left and never returned. A short while later, the sound stopped but we lost a good half an hour sleep that night and still have no explanation as to what the jackhammering sound was.

The breakfast were just "ok".and the hotel gets alot of road noise due to location.Also the shower in our room was hard to use,the water was difficult to regulate the temp.

Rooms were very worn down, old tv , running toliet, bed broken in middle so veey hard fo sleep, no garbage bags or pick up... pool was awful

Your young staff at the desk has not good business Etiquette. One of our friends was given a key card to a room that was Is occupied someone could of gotten hurt with that mistake. I will not be going back to that hotel

Slacking in areas Customer service at the front desk, was great! They were super sweet and very kind! My only complaints were that the room was not as clean as it could be and the hallway on the second floor was extremely humid and the ice maker was very loud. AC also needed work done as it did not stay on the whole time even when the fan was turned on. Overall I would stay here again if needed.

Frequent Traveler Everything was good, the breakfast, cleanliness of the room, etc. The pool itself could have been cleaner.
