We were gifted with a night at the hotel. Overall very pretty rooms and public areas, however, the devil is in the details! Since initial emails we felt like they were doing us a favor, not very welcoming. We asked to dine in the hotel and had to pre orden our meal during the day, arrived there late and being the only guests dining we expected a bit more TLC…. None at all. After 10 mins sitting and no one coming to offer us water or bread a lady came with out starters… nothing great. We ordered bread and they brought us regular loaf type…. Same for the rest of the meal, the meal was Ok but súper over priced!! After asking the clerk 3 times to please light the fireplace he finally did… again, service is not at level. These are the details that really make the place feel over rated. Breakfast we really nice, and as other reviews they views of the room where great. Please note that our bedroom and a shower in the jacuzzi, super dangerous to get in or out! A safety measure really needs to be put in place!!! Overall a very pretty place with minimum acceptable service levels, so so food and also be aware the road in front is in construction, no idea how noise levels are when traffic is running.

very nice property, beautiful view of ocean( when the marine fog burns off). very safe neighborhood . the road construction was annoying but you can still walk both directions . the security is good, you have to call to exit or enter. we had the large room above the front desk. shower was great and patio very nice. couple negatives, there is no elevator so difficult with large suitcases. the place has only 9 rooms so few guests around . breakfast did not have as many choices as larger hotel would. not many good restaurants in walking distance, we ended up ubering.

Después de haber estado en el Radisson ....me vuelvo si o si al Casadoca. Las piezas, la vista, la atención del Nico, la flexibilidad en los horarios..... ya he ido 2 veces y seguiré yendo cada vez que vaya a correr a la 5ta región., Los felicito!

Muy buen servicio, muy cómoda la pieza, linda vista, la comida y desayuno muy grato a la pieza. Servicio de parking en el interior, ningun problema con la comunicación con el personal, todo muy limpio y adecuado para pasar un buen fin de semana

Habitación sin limpiar, pelos en la ducha, ropa sucia de huéspedes anteriores a la visita, se debe garantizar un lugar mas limpio, Dado el valor el cual es bastante alto se debería ofrecer una atención mas limpia. El masaje fue lo mejor

Precio /calidad regular. La habitación de buen tamaño, sin embargo no destaca por sus muebles o su decoración. Le falta un escritorio. La habitación que nos asignaron no tiene buena privacidad o una vista particularmente bella. La cama es confortable. Tiene una buena ducha, lo que se agradece. El spa funcionaba parcialmente. El personal es muy amable.

Aquí vamos….. Ubicación frente a la Playa Bahamas con una vista increíble y nada de ruido ambiente, autos, bocinas etc Es una casa antigua típica de esta zona de Viña remodelada y convertida en hotel con 9 habitaciones, la nuestra en la parte alta del terreno en una construcción adicional, vista espectacular, buen tamaño del dormitorio con terraza y buen tamaño del baño. Comento q el baño es muy oscuro, solo tiene una ventana fija casi llegando al techo, lo mismo q la iluminación, poca luz. Le agregaría más luces cerca del espejo, un espejo de aumento (para vernos las arrugas q están x salir) y toallas más grandes, más gruesas y muy blancas. La cama cumple perfecto, buenas almohadas, sábanas y plumón. Llegamos en la tarde con un dia precioso x lo q nos instalamos en la terraza con unas cervecitas, piscosour y machas, todo muy bien, cantidad de queso, sabor, temperatura del los tragos. Un agrado además q te atiendan con una sonrisa y buena onda. Decidimos comer antes de salir a nuestro panorama de ver a Alejandro Fernández en el Festival de Viña. El restaurante es lo q me hizo dar la puntuación de 3 sobre 5. Mi marido pidió pasta frutto di mare, que sólo tenía choritos asi es q di mare poco tenía. Yo una tabla de picar con fiambres y quesos q nunca llegaron solo jamón ibérico y salame, de quesos nada, unas aceitunas, tomates cherry una hoja de rucula para el toque de color, un par de papas fritas de paquete y dos masitas rellenas con algo indescriptible y blandas. Nada de tostadas ni galletas. Mal ahí xq podría haber sido muy rica y atractiva con lo mismo y un poco más. Nuestros amigos un Rissoto de mote con plateada que dicen que estaba bueno pero nada memorable. Carta de vinos muy acotada y no disponible todo lo mencionado. Desayuno buffet me pareció poco atractivo y la puesta en escena fome, a pesar que todas las mesas tenían un jarrito con flores, entonces faltaron detalles, fruta recién cortada, tostador de pan, jugo de naranjas recién exprimido, detalles que hacen la diferencia sin salirse mucho del presupuesto. Resumen: lugar muy lindo, jardín precioso, formadisimo y muy bien tenido. Atención muy amable y acogedora, especialmente su dueña y mención especial a Rosita. Limpieza muy bien. Le pondría más empeño en los detalles q menciono más arriba y sería realmente un Hotel Boutique
