My stay was only one night and entered after 23:00 and going out at 6:00 the next day. The room was not air-conditioned, so you use all the clothes you wear to improve the coat conditions.

My husband and I and my sister have been quarantined for over a week here at the Mercure because we have COVID. The staff have been fabulous!!!! They are so attentive and kind. It’s been tough to not get out but it’s been doable because of the kindness of the staff.

Always a first class hotel for Exspress staff are very friendly the hotel is incredibly quiet the Exspress food is prepared by a hotel ideal for a quick dinner, beds and rooms are very clean and sleep fantastically. It’s location is great 5 Resturant’s all within 10 min walking distance. Opposite is a mall also walking distance, staff speaking English, we stay many times at this hotel, being a platinum elite member.

Deficient service, in reception little ready to solve requests. Restaurant for dinner in the evening almost impossible, as they have a buffet for the general public and guests are unlikely

They should wash their towels better. all the towels smell bad. And to keep on the standards they also should provide potable water one a day not only on the day of the arrival. I enjoyed the welcome drink. It was a nice gesture.
