Poor service, at reception little availability to resolve requests.
Restaurant for dinner at night almost impossible, since they have a buffet for the general public and guests are left without the possibility

Great staying in Conception with a very good restaurant on site. The food and wine were excellent and the service staff was very friendly and helpful.

The outside of this hotel is pretty tatty but inside is not that bad. The restaurant is nice and served good food. Reception staff very friendly and helpful. The rooms are basic but clean. It doesn't have that 'forgotten' feel that many older hotels have - we would stay here again.

Very good location, very professional and friendly staff. The food at the restaurant was also very good and service was a little slow but also very effective. The rooms are spacious, clean and the beds are very comfortable.

Very good room, large, nice convenient bed. Very rich selection in the dinner buffet, as well as for breakfast. we've received vouchers for a drink, which could be used in dinner. Nice surprise. Be aware that the spa costs extra! Nobody bothered to tell us so.

Check in engañoso, no hubo posibilidad de tomar cena, no permitieron la entrada a la comida que solicitamos, A su vez hubo renuencia a la entrega de hielo el cual se solicitó y todo debió ser recogido en la recepción pese al cansancio que como viajeros teníamos al momento de ingresar a las instalaciones del hotel

very good place to rest after a day of work, its restaurant is very good, with friendly and warm staff. The comfortable rooms have everything for a woman. I love the additional mirror to put on makeup, with its individual hairdryer, comfortable shower and it even has an ironing board. very good
