I recently stayed at Azur hotel also known as Oceano hotel with my wife and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. Upon checking into our room, we discovered that the toilet was not functioning properly. We immediately reported this issue to the staff, who tried to resolve it, but the problem remained unresolved throughout our stay. The situation escalated when we were asked to switch rooms, but the manner in which the manager handled the situation was unprofessional. Instead of addressing the issue calmly and professionally, the manager's behaviour was inappropriate and confrontational. Additionally, there was a lack of respect shown towards the situation. My wife and I were treated without the courtesy or professionalism we expected, and at one point, the manager became confrontational rather than trying to assist. Instead of offering a genuine solution or apology, we were made to feel as though we were the problem for reporting the issue. The lack of basic hygiene and working facilities, such as a functioning toilet, combined with the Disappointing Experience at Azur hote/oceano hotel or customer service, completely ruined our stay. We felt unwelcome and disrespected. For a hotel that claims to offer comfort and hospitality, this was one of the worst experiences we’ve had. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone who values cleanliness, working amenities, and respectful service. We sincerely hope the management takes these concerns seriously and improves the way they treat their guests
