We have been twice to this hotel. The first time wasn't so bad. Room no. 105. The second time we were assigned room number 110. "Don't Open That Door"! Dirty room, unsuitable bed, not to mention the bathroom, dirty, without a shower and with a bathtub not to be commented on. They charged us more than the normal rate and up front. Perhaps out of fear that once we saw the room we would flee. The breakfast is good, the location too.

We have been to this hotel 2 times. The first time they gave us a room, number 205 if I remember correctly, and it was not bad. This time they gave us room 110. We had to pay in advance, even more than the standard price, perhaps because they feared that once we saw the room we would leave. "Don't open that door!" Dirty room, bed not to comment, dirty bathroom and no shower. Impossible bathtub. Decent breakfast. Great location. Price quality not acceptable.

Pros: + location: in the old town, facing the University. + a 100 year old nice building, renewed (despite renovation being disputable with respect taste) + decent mattress Cons: - cleanness: the bathroom floor was plenty of black-colored hair - breakfast: poor with respect to variety and quality. - bathroom amenities: decent, but expect low quality sower gel - room: at least strange options for interior design, with a combination of furniture, painting, tiles, decorations, general set up of the room that suggests poor choices - nobody asked about COVID19 certificates Value for money: - it is OK if one does not expect much, otherwise when considering what they offer in comparison with other places in town/Romania, it becomes quite expensive.
