Didn't realize it's a non a/c hotel so when I arrived, after initial laughter (I made them guess my name and they got it right!) they offered to find me a room at a similar-ish price in the a/c hotel in Compiegne. They deserve a raise. I'm sorry I didn't get her name but the lady who was seated at reception was charming, helpful and so funny!

Je n'ai pas apprécié mon séjour dans cet hôtel que j'avais choisi en raison de sa localisation. J'ai appris à mes dépends qu'il était possible d'être déclassé, la chambre ne correspondait pas à la description au moment de la réservation, mais à celle de la gamme inférieure. Même si le préjudice est minime, la direction de l'hôtel s'en moque, alors qu'il s'agit tout de même d'un cas d'exécution imparfaite du contrat (article 1217 du Code civil). C'était sans compter sur les odeurs de moisissure dans la salle de bain et le bruit des canalisations des chambres adjacentes...

Une chambre tout à fait correct un service tout à fait normal des gens très sympathique, un petit déjeuner normal à prix tout à fait modéré Je vous recommande cet hôtel vraiment il est il est situé au bord de l’Oise ou vous pouvez aller vous promener

Accueil long car le gars ne trouvait pas notre réservation qui était pourtant payée et nous étions fatigués donc 15 mn pour nous donner la chambre c’est long ! Surtout qu’il y avait un couple installé dans le hall d’accueil en train de manger et ils faisaient un peu bourrés et louches 😏 Chambre propre mais ressemblait plus au style formule 1 que ibis.., pas de parking donc amende le lendemain matin en plus !! Nous ne reviendrons jamais

Camere molto piccole, colazione scarsa, rapporto qualità/prezzo molto sbilanciato. Va assolutamente bene per un soggiorno di lavoro. Situato in una stradina piccola vicino al fiume. Parcheggio pubblico a 3 minuti a piedi. Soggiornato per fiera medievale.

Emplacement idéal! Accueil charmant, sympathique, très professionnel. Chambre petite certes, mais claire, agréable, très calme (nous étions à l'arrière) et d'une propreté, n'en déplaise à certains, exemplaire. Excellente literie. Petit déjeuner de bonne qualité et copieux. Ajoutez à tout cela un personnel "aux petits soins" et vous avez tous les ingrédients pour passer un bon, voire très bon, moment. Petit bémol, s'il en est, l'absence d'un parking privatif mais présence à proximité immédiate de 2 parkings au bord de l'Oise (dont un payant).

Hôtel à éviter. Vieux, mal équipé, pas très propre, bruyant, accueil zéro, chambre minuscule et très moche. Mauvaises odeurs dans tout l’établissement. Salle de bain inadaptée. Serviettes de toilettes très fines et trouées. Lit inconfortable. Petit déjeuner très bas de gamme. Produits sans saveur voire mauvais. Viennoiseries et gâteaux industriels. Confitures et miel premier prix.
