THE BEST of all the hostels I stayed so far. I am super happy with all the staffs at the reception and the bar, special thanks to Joana, and 3 other young men who helped me with the check in and check out, and throughout all my 5 days stay. I was very happy and surprised by all the free toiletries, amenities, coffee, juice, water, snacks, bread and cakes, and I love how in the reading/game room there’s a piano, guitars, ukulele, TV with Nintendo switch, books, games, etc.. I also love the fact that we can rent the powerbanks and wireless internet with our ID document. There were also very nice events going on, e.g. beer pong, family dinner, and more. I have just a few suggestions: it would be a lot better if the bed side stand be a little bigger so that we can put a little more things other than our phone, also if the room could have some hooks on the wall for us to hang our jackets and towels. Thank you so much for such a lovely and wonderful stay. I also met a lot of amazing people. I would definitely come back in no time❤️

It’s a nice hostel! The location is perfect: close to the lake, 24h grocery store and the railway station. They provided free storage luggage, information and even free food (but you should cook). Also they organized some events. Bed was comfortable, but triple. I recommend you to ask for 1 or second bed

Everything was great. Service was exceptional.

Check in was easy and seamless. You get your personal code to access the room. I was in an 8-bed mixed dorm. Great vibes all round. Everyone was very friendly. Oh and a complimentary welcome drink too. There's a 24hour supermarket right next door which wsas very handy to have for late arrivals. Bathroom was clean and easy. plenty of space for storage despite being in a 8-bed room. highly recommended.

The stuff is the nicest i have ever met. Welcome drink provided and the lobby is always busy. Good for solo travelers. Female room is very clean.

strategic location. walkable to the transport hub and to the lake. the hostel, the garden, the bar, the kitchen, the room, and the staff - all awesome!. my female room very comfy bed and clean as well. toilet inside yaa. perfecto

Beautiful hostel in a really good location - five minute walk from Como S.G. Station and five minutes from the ferry terminal. Super clean, great amenities and the staff were all sooo friendly. The hostel is a real social spot in the town, a lot of young faces and energy, even during the off-season. Would highly recommend!

I am convinced this is the best place to stay in Como! Already did some advertising and recommended it to a lot of people😅 I had a nice 6 people mixed dormitory with our own bathroom. Everyone was lovely!! ❤️ It was interesting having no actual keys to get to your room but I liked the app! I also stayed at Ostello Bello in Naples but I loved it more in Como :)

The roommates are friendly and there are many activities. There are activities every day. It is suitable for staying here for a few days.

Excellent location of the hotel, 6 minutes from the train station! Friendly staff, free cooking products, good wifi and, most importantly, affordable price! Definitely this hostel!

This is the most expensive youth hostel I have ever stayed in, but it is definitely worth the price! This is my first time bringing my children to experience a youth hostel, and I hope they can experience all kinds of fun in life!
