We were on the 2nd floor but it was 52 steps up 4 flights of stairs. There were no remotes for the air conditioning, and the chairs in the sitting area were very rickety and uncomfortable. I did reach out to the property and heard back. They came by with supplies but we were leaving the next day.

Le processus d’accueil n’est pas complet tant que l’on n’a pas acquitté la taxe de séjour, ce dont on est prévenu que le jour même d’arrivée. Le montant n’est pas élevé et importe peu, mais cela ne donne pas la priorité à l’accueil client, de sorte que nous n’avons reçu la procédure de récupération des clefs qu’une fois sur place et par téléphone (gros stress). Un très mauvais pour pour “Angelica”.
Pour le reste, l’hébergement est très bien à tout points de vue.
