The facilities are complete, the room is quiet, and the service is very friendly. The location is good, less than 20 minutes drive to Kings Park. If there is not enough parking space in the yard, you can park on the roadside nearby.

One minor thing was a noise which only started in the morning at around 7am. Not sure what it was, but definitely within the motel itself or grounds. It didn't bother us too much though as we were usually up by then anyway. The Juniper and Bay was absolutely wonderful.

Bed covers could do with updating or cleaning but on the whole a lovely place.
