Monroc Hotel

Best total hotel experience ever! Food, staff, suites, SPA, trail recommendations, hospitality, cleanliness. We really felt spoilt, perfect for our one week holiday at Monroc. Only one request for next time; open the pool earlier in the afternoon. Thank you - all of you - for a fantastic stay.

Super hotel with an eye for the guests. Everything perfectly clean. Beautiful pool and fine wellness. Hotel has an excellent restaurant with a nice wine list. Located near the ski lift with acces to the ski area.

It saddens us to know that Hotel Monroc has raised our expectation of hotels to unrealistic levels. This was by far the best hotel we have ever been to. Everything about this hotel is just perfect. The food, the cleanliness, the staff, even the guests were amazing. The attention to detail is beyond anything we've ever seen. We went in early march for a ski trip of a week. What the slopes/weather lacked, the hotel made up tenfold. Here's how our days looked like: - Start the day off with amazing breakfast with eggs prepared to your taste, capuccino/latte macchiato and fresh juice / fruits - Head out to the spatious ski locker room with an open concept (camera protected!) no smell! - The ski lift is only 50 meters from the hotel entrance, everything is super convenient, you go through the garage right up to the ski cabin - After the ski session, you take the elevator right up to the room to get changed and jump into the jacuzzi to let the muscles relax - In the evening you get served a 4 course meal, you get a choice of 2-3 dishes for every course (although this is fine kitchen, it was more than enough in portions) - Small warning: the diner are not concentional dishes and some can be quite "special", this is indicated on the menu and might not be for everyone! The only pitfalls we had during our stay was the bad weather, the amount of people and the drive (from Belgium to here took us 15 hours by EV, of which 5 hours were tiresome moutain roads). All of these factors are outside of the hotel's control, so overall this is a perfect accomodation. Thank you Monroc staff for all your care and effort to make our stay flawless!

Again - another fantastic stay at Monroc. Comfortable rooms, delicious food and - above all - a very serviceminded staff. The new pool and the coming “Monroc beyond” will add another level to the experience.

I had a great time in Monroc Hotel. This is cosy hotel with friedly and helpfull staff, next to the ski lift. Receptionist Sara was really helpfull. Food also was great and delicious. It was my first time but not last. I really recommened that hotel.
