Beautiful and cozy apartment located in a very quiet, landscaped urbanization with private parking (very important in the months of July and August). No need to use the car to get around. Very sunny accommodation with views (it is close to the Gaudí Capricho).

It has an entrance hall, kitchen with terrace-drying rack, living room with glazed gallery from floor to ceiling and mountain balcony, distributor with 2 stair steps that gives access to 2 bedrooms of 12 m2 each: the first with a bed 1'50 and balcony, and the second with 2 beds of 90 and sofa-bed of 80, bathroom with separate toilet. Cot available upon request.
