The Estate was built in the 1870s for the Peake family in the Arts and Crafts style, and is now an exclusive development of individual dwellings in 160 acres of leafy private grounds.The estate offers access to its own private beach and also access to the famous Undercliff and coast path into Lyme Regis.The spaceThis 3 bedroomed property forms part of the former stable yard quadrangle which now has a central fountain and flower bed.
