We stayed from Tuesday to Sunday, the treatment of the staff made up for it a bit and for that part there was no problem, the inconvenience was the state of the facilities and the apartment that they assigned me whose terrace had a hole in the walls, the food table of the
sun like the rings and you didn't want to be. In photos it seems more modern and it is not like that, I was disappointed in that part so I would not repeat it again. I am sorry

We have been coming here since the kids were little and it is a hidden gem. All of the staff are very friendly and genuinely happy to help - the cleaning staff are wonderful and the holiday is made complete by the staff at the restaurant and bar. Emilio, lily , Paula, Christian, Lucas and Mario are first class and are as much part of the holiday as the perfect weather - Mario made us the best paella we have ever tasted and the food and drinks are top notch. If you want a quiet , relaxed family friendly place look no further - you can get to the beach or the busy places with a cheap taxi. The spar has everything you need or a cheap taxi to Aldi or Lidl for a bigger shop. The holiday world is great for kids and only 5 minutes walk away. If you like jogging on a morning the run to the lighthouse is great and the local park with the jacaranda trees is beautiful . We love this place and can’t recommend it enough - thanks again to the staff and see you soon.

Comfortable apartment, everything ideal for self catering. Apartment is a bit tired, but adequate. Pool was cold but plenty of sunbeds, pool towels provided. Not a great location though if you wants bars & shops close by. We had a car , so not a big issue. Recommend having some transport: car or bikes or using taxis.

Very nice attention from staff, nice and well looked after place. A bit old resort but very well maintained. The restaurant was expensive and the food very simple, the breakfast buffet seemed too simple for its price. There was no closed dining room

Herman, Mario, Emilio, Lily, Samuel & Stephan are simply the best. Food, cocktails, exceptional service and good prices/value for money. The apartments are bright and clean, 2 story and painted in carribean colours. There's something like just 50 apartments here. Pool side is gorgeous, small & friendly. We came early June and there are just a handful of people here, enough to create.an atmosphere but quiet enough to completely relax without being bothered by animation teams or loud music like you'd get in larger complexes The most beautiful food, amazingly attentive staff and a gorgeous atmosphere. Come and see for yourself! There is absolutely nothing to fault here...ignore negative reviews, if any! We will be back as soon as funds allow! Thank you to all of the team here at Club Vista Serena. 🖤

Excellent apartment with a lovely comfy king size bed and air con. Friendly, pleasant helpful staff. Pool side bar/restaurant was outstanding with lovely food and very welcoming staff, nothing was too much trouble. I would throughly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a quiet getaway in the sun. Special mention to Emilio, Lilly and Samuel, thank you for looking after us x
