We stayed here from boxing day and are here till end of first week in jan. The rooms are lovely and large, with beds made daily but sadly floors swept once a week, bedding changed every 5 days and if for some reason you need them doing out of these days then you pay extra. Food is not much choice and never hot, just warm enough to know it was hot at one point. Apart from the station where the food (egg at breakfast, meat in the evening) is cooked in front of you, the lady who works this station is lovely and polite and an asset to this hotel. Bring a towel for the pool or pay 2€ per day to hire. The corridors are all long and will be a reminder of the film 'the shining' as you walk down them. But the ignorance of some parents allowing their kids to run up and down screaming is reminiscent of being in a school playground. Then add to the noise don't expect a lie in if you are assigned at even number room due to the building work going on next door. The staff overall are OK but some just really need a lesson in how to communicate. The 2nd manager as she called herself, when we made a complaint about me being pushed by a staff member and not even a sorry was uttered, considering im on crutches and was carrying a plate, i was lucky to of kept my balance, basically told us we were wrong and no one complains about the staff, we must remember they have been working hard over Christmas and are tired. This same woman was aggressive and shouted at my partner on new years eve, she needs some major training in how to deal with customers. We are now using this hotel, that we paid good money to have a nice relaxed holiday in, as a room only and are out all day only to return to go to bed. We have NEVER stayed in such an awful place and we have been to many 2 star places that are better staffed and facilities are of a higher standard.

We had a wonderful week at this hotel. We were a bit worried after reading some bad reviews but honestly cannot understand what they were complaining about. We found the hotel to be spotlessly clean, the hotel staff were extremely friendly and smiley and helpful. The food was lovely, a lot of choice so something for everyone. The snacks at the pool bars were great too. Amazing facilities, especially the spa, that was fabulous. We cannot fault anything and would definitely return.

If you like mediocre food and rude staff, then this is the place to be! Very unprofessional and frustrated staff that will hesitate to shout at you or even threaten to kick you out if you have any complaints. And complaining is necessary as this place is not even worth 2 stars.

We returned to this hotel at the beginning of November and had a really enjoyable time. The hotel is kept spotlessly clean and the staff are all charming. Plenty of entertainment, drinks are good and the food was lovely and surprisingly always hot enough, i say that as most buffets aren't. The rooms are spacious although i found the mattress to be a bit soft for me. Also they only change the towels in your room 3 times a week and they are bath towels rather than sheets, so next time we go i will take a couple of old bath sheets with me, so yes we will return to Bull Eugenia, its also in a good location

Excellent hotel with fantastic facilities, the spar was amazing as usual and some of the changes made to the pool area have helped enhance the outdoor. The food was good, however, being fussy eaters it wasn't always to our tastes. The rooms are large and airy and always cleaned daily with fresh towels and bedding every few days. The lifts, although better than our last visit were still not very good especially in the morning.

Definitely a 3 ⭐️ rooms need updating and the restaurant is chaos! The hotel is in a great location but the rooms are tired and the pillow is like a sand bag. The pool area and spa are lovely and kept very clean. The restaurant is chaotic and often it was hard to find a table and then constantly waiting for plates and cutlery to come out. There was a lack of staff to clear tables. The food was average so we ate out a few nights. We wouldn’t recommend or return.

We was very skeptical coming to this hotel after reading the reviews. The hotel is spotless, the food is good for an all inclusive. The animation on the evening is a bit hit and miss. Overall we had a lovely holiday and would definetly return! The kids loved the kids club and all the animation team! They made a really big effort for Halloween which was lovely! The people were polite. There were a lot of nationalities and none that were rude to us! This hotel caters for all! We had a fab time.

I am just on my last day here, what a fabulous time we have had. I travelled with my 2 daughters , 14 and 22, my eldest daughter is a wheelchair user, so we booked an adapted room. This was super spacious, had a seat in the shower. No hoist, but we don't need one. So not a problem. Really comfortable beds, nice outside balcony area over looking the raised decking/sun bathing area. Nice clean rooms. TV you can switch to English if you want. Reception staff, cheerful, helpful and efficient. All staff around the hotel are lovely, with a hola and smile. Whole hotel is very clean. 8th floor, on the top of the hotel is a jacuzzi and sun loungers, and if you wish a sectioned off area for any naturalist. This closes at 8pm. Excellent pool area. With many jacuzzi dotted about. Outside food. Pizza, freshly cooked. Plus yummy breads and at 1pm if you fancy you can get a half roterisia chicken and potatoes from one area. Then the other side of the pool do burgers, chips etc. Burgers were ace. Then jewell of the Don Miguel food area, this is order from an excellent menu, and table service. This is also part of the All inclusive, don't miss it for lunchtime 12.15-3.15pm. The Spa- just WOWZER, this is such a fabulous addition to the hotel. Younger children allowed in until 12pm. Then adults only after that time. Evening entertainment, split 2 ways really, inside caters more for families with younger children, they always looked like they were having fun. Outside, great entertainment its not a rave or disco, but the acts are really good. Great food for breakfast, catering for all nationalities. Evening meals , something for everyone, a change if main theme each night. Most days we had lunch outside, so can't comment on lunchtime food. We arrived at 10pm, and there was a cold buffet out for the late arrivals. We walked down to the beach 20 mins. There ate more bars and restaurants there too. We would definitely recommend and stop again. The weather has been perfect too. And yes, I am English and I went and picked our favourite spot, and left our towels out. Before breakfast 🤣😊

Where do i even start. This one is for my English people. I am here for 2 weeks. Theres 4 days left and i cant wait to go home. Please save your time and money and look elsewhere. I can see why this hotel has been dropped to a 3 star Paid around £3,400 for this hotel for 2 people including free child place. Wish we stuck with turkey where we normally go but we thought to try somewhere different this year. Never again!!! Upon arrival the young manager was very abrupt. Even putting his hand up to my brothers face when he was questioning him about the room they were in with their family on the top floor, level 8!! Saying there was no notes when they clearly had written to the hotel. seems like the management and majority of the staff have a serious attitude problem. They are so rude, dismissive and don’t care about your concerns or enquiries. The lifts are ridiculous. It’s like ww3 trying to get a lift to your floor. Theres 4 lifts. Only 2 of them have the touchpad working to type in your floor number. Problem is, It assigns everyone to the same lift. Theres too many people waiting to get in them that you are there a very long time during peak times to try and get to your floor. Not only that when your in. It goes to different floors before finally getting to floor 7 which is where we are at the moment. So frustrating. They need a better system or knock the quantity of rooms by half because it physically does not cater for 400 rooms Now, sunbeds… haha you have to get up 5-6am every morning to go and put a towel on a lounger otherwise you won’t have one for the day. Life guards come round and put stickers on beds with towels on so if your not down by 11am they throw ur towels off. Shouldn’t have to get out of bed at that time to bag a bed. If you can’t cater for all your guests then that’s a problem within itself. There is 400 rooms, it can only cater for 200 max!!! 100% Pools: don’t be deceived by the photos. The main pool is tiny. Again for the amount of guests there is, the pool is severely over crowded. You can’t swim about in it because everywhere you turn there’s a body. Not only that 1/4 of the pool is shallow and the other 3/4 is deep. Which means the majority of people with kids are using the shallow end of course, but then the hotel think it’s an amazing idea to then do aqua aerobics and games in the only bit of shallow area there is so it’s impossible for anyone to use the pool who aren’t joining in. Ridiculous!!! The room is spacious but you have to pay for your safe. You have to pay for your towels which are €15 each 🤣 and every time you want to change your towel for a clean one its €1 every time. There is no tea or coffee facilities in the room, why??? The staff fight with you if you even try to take any milk up to the room to make tea or coffee so we ended up having to buy milk from local supermarket and we have a travel kettle. The water situation is new to us because we are so used to previous hotels provide bottles of
