It's far away from everywhere. It's very inconvenient. Unless you rent a car, I don't recommend it. You can only eat at the buffet every day. There is nothing next to it. The food is a bit disgusting. The hotel area is very important.

I can’t recommend this hotel enough, It is absolutely stunning and breathtaking! The views in this hotel, The pool, the palm trees and the staff, everything was just 10/10!! I can honestly say this is one of the best hotels I’ve been to. I would love to give a big shout out to the man on reception, Miguel! He was friendly, Welcoming and couldn’t do enough to help everytime we Encountered him. Food - The food at this hotel was great, Buffets and other hotels can be very hit a mess however this hotel was amazing. Everything was made fresh, From state to Fish etc.. The only thing I would change about the restaurant is for the fruit to be covered Just like the pastries, They was behind an enclosed box Which I think was great For hygiene purposes. However, I couldn’t fault anything else in the restaurant, They Even put out champagne every morning, which I think was a great touch!!! Cocktails - Cocktails at The sunset pool were lovely, However, I do think that the Hotel should do a happy hour where paying guest less or two for one As the cocktails are alone, where around €10 Which I think is quite pricey. Pool - There was so many pools in this hotel and they were all amazing! Big shout out to Xavier The Lifeguard/towel man, He was always very welcoming every day when we saw him. I even burnt while I was away and he managed to give me some of his 50 spray. À la carte restaurant - This restaurant was really nice, The staff were great, and the food was amazing! We ordered the crab, Gyoza For example, and they were extremely fresh! The Prawn noodle dish was also delicious such great flavours and a good kick. Rooms - rooms, were a little bit dated but always very clean we stayed in 931 and was a lovely view. I would highly recommend this hotel and I think I will return.

Visited here for six days and five nights at beginning of June 2025, hotel resort was stunning The views are amazing and the facilities are for relaxation Room was spacious and always cleaned well Staff were always helpful and friendly Hotel app is very useful thing to have Sens breakfast and dinner provided a large variety of delicious and fresh food to choose from Lunch time the palmeras was our favourite Visited the pool facilities and loved them Also visited spa and recommend it as was lovely only issue was very busy and was difficult to find sunbed outside Provided free shuttlebus everyday Live music was epic Overall had a really good stay at this hotel and recommend to anyone who wants relaxation and calmness to visit

The most amazing hotel ever! me and family have been going for 10 years, nothing beats salobre. The staff are out of this world. Couldn’t recommend this hotel enough. The food is out of this world, with different cuisines for dinner each night!!! My absolute favourite hotel, can’t wait for my next stay!

Fantastic hotel and great secluded location! Love it! Great amenities, gym and pools! Very friendly staff. Totally welcoming and will be returning soon! Lovely restaurant and good food! Stayed over Christmas and was the best way to end the year!

Spent a week here at the beginning of May and had a front facing room (215) which overlooked the access road to reception and golf course - there’s currently villa construction work around the golf course but we weren’t affected by noise. Balcony’s in sun until around midday and so better for sitting out later. Room spacious with comfy bed, wet room with shower and bath (you might need to think about showering if room sharing due to the large window looking into the shower from sleeping area!), blackout curtains, kettle with coffee/tea supplies plus a useful fridge and a bottle of complimentary water is supplied daily. Resort is laid out over many levels due to its hillside location and takes a while to work out where everything is. There’s an underground car park with lift access. We were on half board and have to say there was plenty of food choice, with rolling 7 day themed evening buffets and decent breakfast options. Due to the resort’s inland location, a hire car is an ideal way of getting around although there is a complimentary bus service from the hotel into Maspalomas which runs on a frequent basis (airport’s around 30 minutes drive by car). Overall we had a pleasant stay and found all staff to be friendly and helpful. We were also able to secure our room for a few hours after normal check out time as we had a late departing flight

This hotel is one of the of the most incredible places I have ever been to. It is the only hotel I have been to twice in my 30 years of travelling. Everything about this place is special. From the warm welcome and glass of champagne on arrival to the spa, the incredible rooms to the fantastic cuisine and food options. The staff cannot do enough for you and genuinely, they want you to enjoy your time here and make it special for you. We came here for my 50th last year in June, now had a week in March and seriously now thinking about coming again in September / October time. Why come back? Because this is our happy place…. So why wouldn’t we?!
