It was perfect from the moment we stepped into the hotel Reception staff so helpful & very pleasant Restaurant/bar staff all very friendly & all happy to help Food & drinks were plentiful & always something for anyone..Plenty of sunloungers around the pool even when busy

My husband and I took our 16 month old daughter. We can’t praise this hotel enough! The wow factor as soon as you arrive, greeted by very friendly and helpful reception staff, and no queue at check-in! Great place for families. The kids pool was amazing, our daughter loved the zoo animal theme, lots of slides and water activities. Lots of Food & drink choices, sangria on tap was my favourite! We upgraded to a prestige suite with sunbeds on our balcony, highly recommend this for small families as we spent a lot of time in the room. Only downside is there is hardly anything outside the hotel and its not near the beach, but if you go all-inclusive theres no need to leave the hotel.

What a fantastic week we spent at this hotel. The staff were lovely and polite and so accommodating. The pool was a massive hit with my son who never wanted to get out of it. A little chilly in the morning but soon got warmer. Huge praise to the Animation team for keeping us all entertained with the pool side entertainment and the various discos and music nights. The array of drink, food and different themed nights in the restaurant was exceptional plus the daytime food in the shacks kept everyone with full bellies. We were all so sad to be leaving the hotel and will def be booking again when we want time to just relax and unwind and spend quality family time together.

We had a lovely holiday at this resort, the food was nice (breakfast taking the win), the snack bars were good and served a range of stuff such as burgers and hot dogs plus other hot meat items in another snack bar. The adults only pool and the overall resort is very pretty! If you want service, expect the least here sadly. We have stayed at both luxurious resorts and 3 star resorts and this is our honest opinion from two female best friends who are 29&34 and love party nights and chill nights. We both work in hospitality and feel we may notice things more than overs but we are very fair and open to our experiences but this missed the mark in a few areas but here’s our breakdown of the hotel: Rooms: we were placed on the maspolomas side and our room had a pool view balcony which was lovely. We unfortunately had a young family next door and their baby cried every morning between 2-3am and it wouldn’t stop for ages and was so loud, we didn’t complain as what could they do plus we felt for the family whilst it drove us mad. There were no coffee/tea making facilities and only one bottle of water was provided for the whole week which didn’t give me that “all inclusive feel”. We later found out that the Tabaiba hotel was more for adults so we were confused why we were placed this side, maybe I missed something on the booking. We sent an email before to inform them it was my birthday but nothing was done for it which was fine but we was also placed on the family side which is gutting, they didn’t try to do anything, atleast give us a room near adults. That was fine though, we are over it but most hotels would do something small. The bed was comfy but you only have a thin pillow to sleep on and the aircon barely works which was a struggle. Pools: the pools were clean, big and really enjoyable with lots of sections to swim in. It was just very cold, which stopped you from getting in as much. Beware of the hot “sand” on sunny days, it is made up of miniature pebbles that are scorching hot, they need to change for safety! There isn't any service around the pools and the bars only serve you properly if you have a gold band and they make that very clear any chance they get. You can get house drinks from bar but you feel like you are not supposed to be asking for them. Cocktails in the machine are a heartburn attacker, I can drink most things but they really weren’t nice. We see lots of reviews about how bad they were but I really thought it wouldn’t bother me but it did. I saw online that if you asked for a cocktail made by the staff, they would make it but we didn’t get the same service, only once from Alejandro. I do want to call out Alejandro who was at the adults only bar looking after us and providing us with amazing service and even bringing some drinks to our bed. You made up for all of the staff! The pools didn’t have any music playing and it felt too quiet at times, it needed some more atmosphere. The splash park was a amazing, even for adults, t

Well worth a visit for a family holiday, we are a family of four with 2 boys, 6 and 3. The hotel and resort was ideal for the kids. We had to however seek a room upgrade as the garden suite that we had originally booked, offers no room for manavour within the room. The food on offer became tedious after day 4, and we ended up eating out on a couple of occasions. Overall a 4 star hotel centered around families.

We just returned from this hotel, I want to first say this is NOT a 5* platinum hotel like TUI have rated this, the hotel was clean and rooms were spacious, to say the hotel is big it never felt over crowded, the food in the main restaurant is awful, pink chicken and raw pork was being served, it’s like eating in a canteen! The saving grace was that You can eat breakfast in the Italian restaurant which felt more relaxed, overall nice hotel bit deffo not 5* luxury.

Would definitely recommend this hotel we stayed on the Tabaiba side, good variety of food which was great and a great atmosphere, plenty of entertainment in the evenings and activities during the day. Would recommend this hotel to anyone who wanted to stay in Maspalomas, great location easy access to the beach.

It was a pleasure to stay in Maspalomas Tabaiba Princess. Beautiful hotel, very friendly staff, various food and also a clean room. Perfect for families with children,but there was also a special spot for adults only (18+) The beach was a bit far away,but the taxi cost 6 euros. Tbh there are a lot of attractions in this hotel,( animators, live music,bingo, chess,bars and pools) so you don't really need to go anywhere .

The whole experience from start to finish was amazing. The hotel was amazing, we opted for a junior suite with private garden terrace, which was very handy as it backed onto the children's aqua park with a 10 second walk to the gate. The hotel was clean and tidy and well maintained daily. There was an epic variety of food, and thier themed nights were delightful. They catered for adults and children with plenty of selection. There was good entertainment in the evening and all the hotel staff were very friendly and always waiting to assist. The hotel was well air conditioned and you got a good night sleep. We hired a car which I would recommend, we did this through the Tui rep, very cheap and good car. We explored the mountains, viewing the volcanic crater, we explored the marine Zoo with the dolphin and birds of prey show. We visited the sand dunes. Everything was so easy to get too. There is no doubt that we would return here. Highly recommend.
