On this enchanting night in Mallorca, I found refuge in a seaside hotel, embraced by the invigorating Spanish breeze. Stepping into my spacious room, I was met with a panoramic view: a canvas of twinkling stars and the soothing rhythm of the waves. The hotel staff's impeccable service, marked by warm smiles and attentive care, bestowed upon me a sense of belonging. This stay was truly unforgettable, leaving me eager to return to this seaside haven.

We took the recommendation of friends to stay at this hotel whilst visiting Palma for the first time and were not disappointed. From the minute we were greeted by friendly, courteous, attentive staff, we were made to feel very relaxed and comfortable. The location is perfect for exploring all the main sites and wandering the maze of old town streets,being on a quiet street just off the busy thoroughfares. Breakfasts are among the best we have eaten anywhere worldwide, with a plethora of perfectly ripe exotic fruits and juices and a mouth watering array of the very best Spanish patisserie as well as items perfectly cooked to order. Served in the Marc Fosh restaurant dining room on the ground floor, it's a lovely airy space. Dinner at the Michelin starred restaurant is a must during any stay; the cooking was by far the best we came across in Palma. We had a duplex room facing the street, which remained cool through the heat of the day. Building renovation work opposite did mean some noise in the mornings, but the hotel couldn't be faulted for that. Otherwise, the bar was a cooly hip space for a pre- dinner drink and the roof terrace provided a relaxing space to read or sunbathe on loungers or seating, sip a drink and watch the masses of swifts cartwheel overhead. Bliss! We highly recommend this hotel and would not hesitate to re- book for any future visit to such a delightful city.

Excellent from arrival to leaving. A high quality experience from the staffing team, to the accommodation and meals. Best breakfast offering in any hotel I have stayed in. Nothing was too much trouble and the team were all delightful. Roof terrace was a great place to unwind with a cold drink!

My husband & 1 have been going to the hotel since 2019 each year although I did first experience it when I visited for a lunch at fosh in 2017 ... & Thought I must stay at the hotel.. it's amazing & staff are absolutely brilliant. Nothing is to much trouble.. its become are place to stay& eat when we are in Palma ... We are booked for a return stay 2025 ( couldn't do 2024😢)

This is the most unique and beautiful hotel we have ever booked. It was the perfect place to celebrate 42 years of marriage. John the manager greeted us and gave us the history of the design, renovation, art and a tour. The breakfast alone at the Marc Fosh restaurant was worth the 5 star rating, the 6 course dinner was over the top. This is a must visit property, we will be back.

Hotel is beautiful and peaceful with impeccable service from staff. Location is great for exploring old town Palma. Rooftop pool and lounge area nicely done and relaxing, and free water in your room and at pool was a bonus. We didn’t get a chance to use the spa, but hot tub and sauna are included and area looks very relaxing.

This hotel and everything about it was perfect in every way. The service was superb by everyone - all the reception, bar and breakfast personnel. The surroundings are absolutely beautiful within this old building brought back to life so tastefully. Breakfast was an absolute pleasure - the fruit offering alone is worth taking breakfast here. The room was gorgeous - peaceful and luxurious, with such a wonderful bed full of pillows. Every small thing was thought of and the endless supply of water was very welcome - plus the lovely little touches at turn down. The location of this hotel is also perfect within the old town yet close to public transport - trains and buses. I had a wonderful break thanks to Joan and his team - thank you all so very much.

Excellent service and beautiful scenery. Staff was very accommodating and provided us with everything we could possibly need. Very conveniently located near the city center. Felt very cozy and relaxing for being so close to everything.
