We stayed here for three nights in May. The location is great, if a little noisy, because it is right on the Calle Ancha which is a party route. The apartment is very well-insulated though, we just heard people shouting a few times (and someone upstairs was clomping around very early in the morning). Beds are quite comfortable, and the AC was great to have because opening windows wasn’t an option at night. Individual AC in a hotel room in Spain is unusual and would be a big selling point in summer. Decor is very quirky, not always functional. Tippy little nightstands, tree stumps for a coffee table, nowhere to put things in the bathroom. One weird thing was that the towels were so worn out they were basically rags? You just don’t expect that in this price range. We also couldn’t figure out how to use the induction stovetop, and I was unable to comunicate the problem in either English or Spanish. It may have simply been broken. We enjoyed our stay here, but for more than three nights, I’d probably go for less style and more substance, in a quieter location.

From arrival to departure, this place was a dream. Communication prior to arrival was clear and well timed and the check in process was humanless and easy to follow. The suite was gorgeous with a stunning little covered balcony overlooking the busy main street of the Leon old town. A brilliant location, just seconds from the cathedral and main square and delicious restaurants. The fruit platter was a wonderful surprise and enabled us to have healthy snacks and even freshly squeeze our own orange juice. The breakfast of pastries was delivered early and we had a big breakfast with coffee/tea in our own time Perfection! The beds and pillows were comfortable and our family of three slept well. The shower amenities were a little weird so I would recommend taking your own.

De eigenaar zal vast op mijn review reageren, dat alles aan ons heeft gelegen. (Zie andere lage reviews) Eigenaar heeft ons namelijk ook vals beschuldigd voor vernieling! Bij aankomst 14:30 was ons appartement nog niet gereed. (14.00 kun je inchecken). Het appartement was niet goed schoongemaakt, het bed zat vol met vlekken, zwarte haren. Handdoeken zaten vlekken. De douche zit vol met schimmel. Vaatwasser had rottende aanslag waardoor al het servies en de vaatwasser op een afstand te ruiken was naar een rottende lucht. De melkopschuimer had schimmel en rook zuur. De koffiezetter kwam slijm uit. Etensresten op de muur en plafond. Het appartement heeft flink onderhoud nodig, er zijn overal vlekken en achterstallig onderhoud. We hebben overal foto's van genomen. We verbleven in het 'April' appartement. Nou dit was ook echt een 1 April grap! Op onze klacht (het bed, de vaatwasser en de melkschuimer) werd door de eigenaar niet gereageerd. Opeens stond de schoonmaakster zonder bericht voor de deur om het 'op te lossen'. Ik had zelf de vaatwasser en melkplopschuimer al staan schoonmaken en aangeboden om te helpen met het bed verschonen. Vanuit de eigenaar geen excuus, helemaal niets! Alleen een valse beschuldiging! Waarom? Omdat de eigenaar niet tegen kritiek kan, dat het appartement niet in orde is? Het ontbijt: er staat dat het beschikbaar is tussen 7:30 en 09:30. Echter kwam de aanvulling op het ontbijt om 9:25. We hadden al een aantal keren gevraagd hoelaat we het ontbijt konden verwachten maar hier werd ook niet duidelijk op gereageerd. Het ontbijt viel ook erg tegen. Bedenk goed of je hier wilt overnachten!

Relación precio calidad floja. Para nuestra necesidad, no funcionó. Aunque una ubicación inmejorable, decoración pintorezca aunque recargada y poco práctica. El hecho de no tener recepción hace complicado el servicio de atención al huésped (lo más flojo de todo). No es recomendable para ir con auto/carro, con mucho equipaje, ni chicos. De noche se escucha mucho ruido desde la calle. El desayuno te lo tenes que preparar vos. En definitiva, es una modalidad para un fin de semana en pareja y/o grupo de amigos pero, en nuestro caso, familia, 1 noche, mucho equipaje y automóvil, no recomendado.

Apartamentos en una ubicación perfecta. Decoración bastante currada. Estancias limpias y funcionales. Equipados con todo lo necesario. Desayuno completo. No es barato. Si el dinero no es problema, es una de las mejores opciones para alojarte en León.

Mooi, beetje kitch maar erg leuk. Volledig ingericht (wasmachine en vaatwasser). Ontbijt was prima! Vers fruit, heerlijke koffie, en broodjes worden vers afgeleverd. Goede informatievoorziening en op een prachtige locatie in het centrum.

Éramos 5 amigas de visita turística, la suite Preciosa diseñada con mucho gusto, muy bonita. El desayuno riquísimo y grande. Y lo mejor la ubicación en pleno centro de Leon puedes ver toda la calle ambiente y llegar a todos sitios en 10 minutos. Todo muy fácil comunicándonos por wasap. Les pongo un 10.
