Went with my family back in 2022, we were a group of 14 people from toddler to grandparents. The reservation process was complicated from the start, this should have been a red flag. Since we were a large group we were told the entire hostel was going to be booked for our group, when we got there she (Montse) told us there was a room with 4 other guests that we were going to share the kitchen and bathroom. That night four people from our group got bitten by bed bugs, they were crawling on the walls too!! The next day we checked the sheets and several of them had brown spots, which looked like old blood stains from the bed bugs. The manager did not take responsibility but blamed other guests for bringing them and stated she disinfected daily. I find it hard to believe that if she was in fact disinfecting there would be that many bed bugs, we saw them in two different rooms which were on two different floors. Avoid this place!
