Hotel was in a great central position, close cathedral and other places of interest. Room was clean and tidy although no sink in the wc was a bit strange. All rooms come with a bath which is great if you fancy a soak

Shower with very little pressure, barely any water coming out. When checking out, they told us that we had to pay for the stay, when it had already been paid for a week before through Trip.com. After checking the system several times, they told us that it was a mistake, but they told us that we had to pay for the parking, when we had parked our car on the street. After waiting a few minutes, they told us that it was another mistake. Too many mistakes for a 4-star hotel that made us waste time checking out, when everything had been paid for a week before.

The room is okay, clean, spacious and tidy. The toilet and bathroom are separated. I like this very much. The front desk service is very good and I speak fluent English. I don’t know what to do if I didn’t eat breakfast. Temporary parking is available at the door. There are many restaurants nearby. The location is very good. convenient
