A change from usual in so much that we had a log cabin rather that a bedroom in the main hotel. We are obviously used to more space but we managed ok. The cabin was clean and tidy and had everything we need with easy access to the outdoor swimming pool and the other internal facilities that were available. Breakfast was also very good as well with good options and very good service. Enjoyed staying here.

Viajamos con el IMSERSO y nos asignaron una habitación pésima, la 137. Muy pequeña con problemas para abrir el pequeño armario y una ducha tan reducida que mi marido apenas entraba. Cuando entras a la habitación están las camas a medio metro de la puerta y la ventana y como está en bajo no hay ninguna intimidad. Cuál fue nuestra sorpresa al descubrir que las habitaciones de los compañeros eran mucho más grandes y con saloncito. Así que fuimos a recepción a solicitar un cambio de habitación. No nos dieron solución. La explicación fue que era cuestión de suerte y nos ofrecieron otra con un sobrecosto que pagamos. Otro inconveniente es que fuimos a nuestro horario de piscina y había tanta gente que nos tuvimos que marchar sin probar un solo chorro. Por lo visto hay gente que va al turno de las 12 y también al de las 5 de la tarde y colapsan la piscina. No hay control ni organización. Es el sexto balneario que visitamos y es el peor. No volveremos.

Fui con mi pareja a pasar el día a su piscina de verano y comimos en el restaurante. La piscina es muy grande y tranquila, la zona de césped dispone de amahacas de alquiler. El restaurante es bueno, cocina tradicional y buenas cantidades, aunque el precio es un poco elevado.

El balneario es precioso, la zona fantástica para visitar Úbeda, Baeza y un montón de sitios más. Hotel limpio y cómodo. Comida estupenda. Servicio amable y eficiente. Hay piscina cubierta y actividades. Recomiendo la zona de habitaciones alejadas del hotel, más tranquilas

En la mayoría de los balnearios lo mejor sin duda en el equipo humano y en este caso, afortunadamente, se cumple la regla, Desde la recepción, comedor, tratamientos, piscina, limpieza, etc. la gente es profesional, pero no por ello deja de ser amable, simpática y con gran empatía. Las instalaciones correctas y es de destacar que los tratamientos con fangos son gratuitos, cosa que deberían tener en cuenta otros balnearios o el ministerio que corresponda ya que en la mayoría de los casos los asistentes son pensionistas que necesitan estos tratamientos y que no son nada baratos. La comida, con luces y sombras es correcta. A unos 20-30 minutos se pueden visitar numerosos pueblos; Baeza, Úbeda, Linares, Bailén y un poco más lejos Jaén. En definitiva, balneario totalmente recomendable.

Deseando volver de nuevo para disfrutar de este magnífico complejo, pero sobre todo de la atención, profesionalidad y amabilidad de todo su personal, en especial de la competencia, atención y simpatía de Martín en la recepción, el servicio amable y eficaz de Pepa en el comedor y en la piscina, de Paco cuyo entusiasmo por su trabajo y la extraordinaria calidad humana de la que hace gala, están fuera de serie. Balneario sencillo, pero muy completo, cómodo, bonito y agradable. Situado en un entorno estupendo. Geniales tratamientos. Buenas y bonitas instalaciones. Y todo el personal es magnífico (recepción, tratamientos, piscinas, restaurante, cafetería, limpieza, mantenimiento.... todos). La estancia ha sido maravillosa.
