Very nice apartments, with a well-equipped kitchen. We spent a week there, and it was peaceful and calm. It is in a remote location, but we didn't mind as we had a car. Some nights, parking was a bit challenging, but we were able to find a spot further away. It was a bit stressful that I had to go through the whole list of what equipment was in the room, as anything that may have been missing would have been charged. Most visitors were mature. Nice view from the balcony. A couple of items in the kitchen were dirty, which made me wash everything before using them, as I wasn't sure if they were properly cleaned.

We spent a wonderful week in this facility. The unit that we had has a nice view of the water and the mountain. The unit and the place was very clean and well maintained. People were nice and the staff were excellent. Genome graciously welcomed us in the late hours of the evening. Him, Gracella, & Juliet were very nice and would go out of their way to guide you to a good spot and what to visit to make sure you have a wonderful and memorable stay, which we did. And oh, that welcome sparkling wine was a very nice gesture. 😉 Our unit did not have an AC, but the weather during our stay was perfect and we could sleep comfortably with the windows wide open and get cooled by Tenerife breeze. We spent a week here and a week earlier in Grand Canary. We asked our kids which is a better place? It was unanimous - Marazul! Would highly recommend & love to come back!

Hotel left a cable trailing across the lobby with no cover over it which my husbands 90yo grandfather tripped on fracturing his tibia. The cable was for karaoke and after he was taken away by ambulance the cable was replaced in exactly the same position to continue the karaoke as of nothing had happened. Pool area is noisy with awful entertainment so you can’t sit and have peace by the pool. Restaurant prepares frozen poor quality food and very little choice.

This was an excellent residence. The pool was immaculate, no trouble no noise. The entertainment team were excellent, very engaging. Goid location, a bit away from the hussle and bussle but great for a quiet stay. All in all a great stay and highly recommended.

Beautiful hotel but It’s in the middle of nowhere. If you speak French and have a car you might like it - very peaceful. The restaurant wasn’t open even though we were advised it would be. So check this with the hotel. There is a pool and snack bar but it’s inside and they don’t like you taking drinks and food outside. The hotel website is in French and so is the TV. When the Lifeguard goes home the outside pool area is roped off so there’s nowhere to sit outside if you want to be outside. You would have to go to your balcony - which is larger than normal. I did use buses and taxis all the time which made me go to other locations.

Depuis que nous y allons (5ans) nous sommes toujours aussi satisfaits sur tous les plans. Accueil, qualité de la location, propreté, ambiance, calme de par sa situation éloignée des villes. Un enchantement. Nous espérons revenir l'année prochaine.

Estuve del 12 al 18 de abril 2025 en Marazul del Sur (Adeje) con otra huésped. Primeras noches en el apto 405: cucarachas pequeñas y grandes, incluso una garrapata. Avisamos en recepción dos veces; nos dijeron que fumigan “una vez al año” y que “es incontrolable”. El insecticida que echaron dejó el aire irrespirable y las cucarachas seguían apareciendo. El 17/04 pedimos la hoja de reclamaciones y nos la negaron: “la tiene la directora y no está”. Tras insistir, nos reubicaron en el 508. En este apartamento no pudimos constatar presencia de insectos, por lo que nos preguntamos por qué se negaron a cambiarnos antes de apartamento, o si realmente el hotel está tan invadido que da igual en qué apartamento te alojes. Abandonamos el complejo antes de tiempo. Ni disculpas, ni justificante del cambio, ni un mínimo de seriedad. Un lugar que cobra 27 puntos RCI debería garantizar higiene básica y respeto al cliente. No volveré y recomiendo a futuros huéspedes que exijan garantías de salubridad antes de reservar.
