We always return to Tenerife, to Royal Hidaway and the people who make this place famous with their great work. A pleasant atmosphere, a beautiful view from the terraces, large and bright rooms, a beautiful swimming pool with heated water - all this is known and familiar. But what is the "specialty" of this hotel are the people working there, who are the best ambassadors of this hotel. Reception - the whole team together with the bell boys, Housekeeping - always the highest standard, Kids Club - my special thanks for the wonderful relationship With my Kids , Swimming Pool - good service . I dedicate a special place to the Olivia restaurant (breakfast) and La Trattoria. Justyna - a woman institution! When I go for breakfast I know that the smile will not leave my face! The whole team - Justyna, Angie, without your service and sense of humor, breakfast would be much worse. The remaining team of Yelicz Gaia, Jessy, Adra and the cooks - always the best service. This time we used the La Trattoria several times. Martin - you took over the management a few months ago and you do a fantastic job. Congratulations to the whole team ! Of course I can’t forget about Andrea - Costumer Service , always remembering loyal customers . Again you made a wonderful memories and again proved - Royal Hidaway Corales Suites this is great holiday place and for my children for many years “ a favourite White Hotel “ ! Family Nicolaus

AMAZING! The Royal Hideaway is fast becoming my favourite hotel. I took my mum for a birthday trip last week and this was my 4th or 5th stay at the hotel. In the run up to our stay, I was in touch with the amazing Andrea Tommasino who is by far the best Guest Experience manager EVER!!! I had requested a specific room and been a pretty demanding customer but Andrea went over and above to help create the most wonderful experience for my mum on her first visit. He is truly amazing and his customer service is incredible. Our 2 bed suite with private pool was exceptional. Extremely clean, quiet and the perfect room choice for us. We had food in the hotel restaurant every night which is lovely. There is a different theme every evening so you never get bored with the choices. The staff and waiters should also be highly commended for their 5 star customer service. Justyna from the breakfast team is awesome! her energy knows no limits and she will do whatever it takes to ensure each guest and their family has the best holiday. I love the Corales and cannot wait for my next trip in December!

We have been fortunate to be able to visit this truly amazing hotel many times. Each time is better than the last. Everyone goes the extra mile to make your stay memorable. The staff are amongst the best I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. Nothing is too much trouble. The restaurants are incredible (3 with Michelin Stars). I would highly recommend a visit.

This hotel improves with time. It is amazing that each year we see many of the same personnel - which is a testament to this well-run and friendly hotel. The resort complex itself is well preserved, tranquil and has all the right facilities. Also, being close by the village of La Caleta, there is ample choice of restaurants for all tastes. There is plenty of on-street parking right by the hotel.

We stayed at the Royal Hideaway when it first opened seven years ago and it was great to see on our recent stay that standards have not slipped at all. It has been very difficult to book during school holidays since, which reflects how good it is! Great location, fantastic service and wonderful food, with La Caleta a five minute walk away if you want to stretch your legs. Seriously comfy beds and plenty of swimming options to tire out the kids. I am leaving this positive review on the understanding that those reading it don’t reserve ‘my’ suite during half term!

Visited the Royal Hideaway - truly an amazing location and hotel. The setting is amazing and quality of hotel is stand out but what makes this truly special is the staff - everyone goes out of their way to make this 5* experience so perfect - from arrival, to cleaning, to night service, to breakfast, to waiting staff, to ice cream - faultless ! Cannot recommend this hotel more highly - eating in is fab but some smashing places nearby too. All the ingredients for an exceptional break. Our go-to hotel in Tenerife ! Well done team ! 👍👍👍👍👍

Stoppe in the adults only section last time, this time we had a suite and as we like the space as we had a 2 bed unit on the 4 th floor , wish we had stayed longer
