Great breakfasts, wonderful staff, amazing pools, room was excellent, kids loved it, we all had an exceptional time - can’t wait to return!

2nd visit - exceptional again! Went with a 2 bed suite which was enormous. Having both a sunrise AND a sunset balcony seemed very opulent indeed. Staff all remembered our names by the pool which was a lovely touch. Housekeeping exceptional again. Ate in both the Italian and starfish restaurants on site and both were very good indeed with exceptional service. Front desk team were great as always and there were nice touches such as chocolate and wine on arrival and thoughtful welcome and goodbye notes left in the room. The place was spotlessly clean still and it was nice to see the plants with another years development. It is great that the pool shuts at 7.00 to enable those eating at the starfish to have a bit of peace but I have to say that you would never consider it noisy at any point in the day really. Would we book for a 3rd time in as many years - definitely! Finds like these are rare indeed. Nothing has really changed in La Caleta itself since last year - still quiet with some very good restaurants! Well done to all the team and thank you once again.

An excellent hotel, very friendly staff, amazing rooms and the best breakfast buffet you could wish for. The location is good, a quiet village with some restaurants around. The main resort is a short bus ride away. We would like to return here again.

We returned home on the 1st July 2025. This has been our third consecutive stay at this wonderful hotel. It feels like a home from home. We absolutely love returning each year and we have never been disappointed. From the moment you arrive, until the time you leave, you are treated like royalty. We were welcomed back by staff even before we reached reception. The reception staff were very helpful - so a big thank you to all of them! We were offered refreshments on arrival and our luggage was taken to our room by staff. Each morning the pool area was cleaned, by housekeeping staff, and it was left spotless. A special mention to Andreas, who works at the Starfish pool area. He is a joy and will do all he can to ensure that your time there is pleasurable. Staff at the Starfish restaurant are also excellent, ably led by Diego. The housekeeping staff are great and keep you topped up with fresh towels and anything else you might need during your stay. Cande is a little star - friendly, polite and willing to do all she can to make your stay comfortable. Breakfast is perfect with an appetising array of different foods to choose from. Again, I cannot speak highly enough of the staff who work there. Justyna is the food concierge. What can I say about this lady. She greets everyone as they come in, ensures you have whatever you need and always has a smile for everyone. She made our holiday with her kindness, laughter and sense of fun. We have stayed in many locations around the world and in our opinion, this hotel and the staff have definitely got it right. We intend to return in 2026 and are counting down the days already!
