A bit old fashioned hotel but well located and friendly staff.

El hotel esta muy bien ubicado, enfrente a la muralla. Por ser 2 estrellas tienen un muy buen desayuno.
El único inconveniente fue que nos dieron la habitaciones esta atrás de la recepción (entiendo que es para minusválido) y el baño tenia una ventana que daba al salón del restaurante, aunque el vidrio estaba esmerilado al encender la luz se veía todo para adentro, estaría bueno que eso lo puedan arreglar.
Pero por lo demás, y repito al ser un 2 estrellas cumplió ampliamente las expectativas.

The rooms are dirty and with bugs, very poor condition. The food is bad and expensive but the worst thing was that we had to see how the owner was violent and arrogant with a customer and his family of two children. Better choose another place in Avila, it is a wonderful city

Shame as the hosts seems really lovely but the noise coming from the club/bar next door was so horrendously loud it was like trying to sleep in a nightclub. The whole bathroom was vibrating. This went on until early hours and seemed to be the same song over and over which was heavily baselined like drum and base but terrible. Not a single wink if sleep.

La recepcion fue mal atendida y nada simpaticos, las habitaciones sin reformar, las cortinas rotas, olor a rancio y se oia todo. No recomendable ya que no hemos descansado en toda la noche. Por no habla de que el trato no fue nada cordial ni profesional y muy despectivo

Encantador hostal con todo lo necesario, con buenas vistas, a un paso de todo, el desayuno variado con todo lo necesario. Sin duda repetiremos . Nos pilló además una nevada e hizo de nuestra estancia más bonita aún. Bastantes restaurantes cercanos.

Nos dieron una habitación para nuestro hijo que es un zulo , 3 x 1,50 , la nuestra orientada a la muralla , buenas vistas y amplia a un que con el aire estropeado y el baño así ....así y sin gel , el desayuno escaso Bueno la ubicación muy céntrica lo arregla un poco pero lo del zulo lo tienen que dejar para maletas o sabanas

Habitaciones limpias, amplias, sin ruidos, y en una inmejorable localización. De precio muy adecuado. Esta al lado de la muralla, en la trasera de la catedral, y a pesar del frío en la calle, no sentimos nada de frío, en el interior. El desayuno bueno, adecuado, para ser un hostal.
