Eurostars Vía de la Plata

Excelente ubicación, escasamente 3 minutos de la Pza de España (Ayuntamiento) y a 10 de ka Catedral y el Palacio de Gaudí. Habitación muy amplia con baño conpleto con bañera y también plato de ducha. Personal muy amable y atento. Dispone de Spa aunque se echa en falta una cafetería, bar.. donde poder sentarse y tomar algo tranquilamente. También dispone de un enorme aparcamiento para dejar los coches con acceso interior al hotel. De volver por esta coudad, ya sé dónde me hospedaré de nuevo.

The only positive thing about this hotel is its building. Only one person, who was effective, thank goodness, at reception, managing four entrances. The room is large but you can see the passage of time. Plaster from a window that also closed badly fell on one of the tables (photo). The chair at that table had its upholstery peeled off (photo). Only two tissues in the dispenser. The waste bin in the bathroom is pressed with the foot to open it and the lid flies off. The soap dispensers do not work well and very little soap comes out each time you press it. The parking lot is in a lot that is accessed by two flights of stairs without an elevator plus a few meters of walking without any "attraction". The cistern drain was stuck and had to be corrected to avoid wasting water. All this was said at reception when we checked out. We only stayed one night, fortunately.

El hotel está en un sitio privilegiado, un edificio histórico rehabilitado con funcionalidad y confort, con parking. La habitación es grande y muy agradable, buen colchón. Y en la recepción mujeres profesionales y sensibles al cliente como Irene. Muchas gracias

Muy buena experiencia Hotel totalmente recomendable tanto por sus instalaciones,atención desus trabajadores,gracias Irene,muy buena ubicación. Por poner un pero,el parking esta algo descuidado Papelera llena,hojas secas amontonadas y sobre todo la falta de ascensor para acceder al hotel,t obliga a subir o bajar dos tramos de escaleras bastante importantes
