Hotel Balneario Playa de Comarruga

We went to the hotel a few weeks ago, my wife is Spanish and she had always wanted to visit the hotel, unfortunately we didn't get to enjoy the hot springs as we had to leave, but we will come back in the summer to enjoy it, otherwise, the room is very comfortable The dinner was delicious, we loved the kindness of chef Tony, the waiters were very attentive, without a doubt a good experience!!!

They lack empathy and kindness with the national people who were the ones who occupied the hotel for the most part this May 1 weekend. In the dining room the waiter, not the waitress and with the receptionists, I felt as if they believed that I was a thief at a given moment, in In other parts, such as in the Canary Islands, I have felt a lot of kindness, perhaps because they confuse me with English there?

Very nice place, relaxing and in a great location. Customer service from the first call has been impeccable. I recommend it a thousand percent. The spa is highly recommended, you come out of there again.

We went for a walk at night and when we returned the reception closed for another 15 minutes waiting for them to open the door for us, we rang a bell, the best thing was that we asked the girl at the bar and she told us that we could enter the hotel through the bar and we left waiting. the regular dinner was on the bad side the very friendly waiters and the very bad cocktails at the bar the correct rooms the fair spa and the Roman baths there was a cockroach the very friendly staff except for those in the cafeteria

Surprised by the quality of the food, the rooms and the Spa. We stayed a week and of course we will repeat. Very friendly staff and excellent food. There are always things to improve but, in our case, they were minimal and that is why I am not writing it because it is not important.

We have spent a weekend in this spa hotel and our experience has been very positive. Both for the hotel facilities and for the treatment of its staff. We stayed on a half-board basis and enjoyed the spa area, Roman baths and a most relaxing massage. It is also very well located. Close to the beach and the promenade. Highly recommended.

Muy buena ubicación, muy limpio, el servicio y la comida perfecto. Recomendable 100% . Junto a la playa. Y con la opción de darte baños termales y otros tratamientos en el balneario. Muy relajante. La atención y las instalaciones perfectas.

El hotel esta bien y la comida también . esta un poco obsoleto y el spa deja mucho que desear muy limitado y no entra sauna y el agua un poco fría decepcionados ya siempre que vamos de spa que practicamente he visitado todos en cataluña a estado mejor .

Nuestra mejor experiencia en el Imserso. En cuanto a algunas críticas a la comida, desconozco lo que algunas personas comen en su casa pero les aseguro que no mejor que en el hotel. Buen café en el desayuno. Mucha fruta y verdura. Buena mano en los guisos. Los tratamientos termales bien aunque mejorables, principalmente el capítulo de la terma. Para repetir.
