West Point Hotel Bed and Breakfast

Super! Great location, only minutes of walk to the train station and the beautiful beach (kids could literally spend a whole day there), nice food and great staff! Peter was very so kind, helping to solve our problem which was our fault in the first place. Our triple room was not new but spacious and very clean, just feels like home. Strongly recommended!

Decent break nice B&B Had a good weekend break taking our granddaughter to the seaside, room was on the top floor so great exercise with the cases, Although the manager did ask about three times if I needed help, which is nice. Very clean hotel and good decent breakfast, freshly cooked to order, in pleasant surroundings with a fantastic coffee machine. Only downside was the bathroom very dimly lit and does need a minor update, by update it is nicely tiled but the skirtings and bath panel could do with changing, And some brighter lights & a couple of shelves. T&C making facilities and decent TV.

Thank you to the hosts for a great stay. Everywhere was very clean, excellent price and a lovely breakfast! We felt very welcomed and enjoyed our stay. We had a question prior to our stay which was answered promptly. Great location for the promenade and main streets for eating in Colwyn Bay

Stayed here for a couple of nights whilst working in the area. The rooms were meticulously clean and spacious. Jan was a fantastic host, warm, friendly and super helpful. The breakfast was amazing and really set us up for the day ahead. If I’m ever back in the area this would be my first choice.

First impressions was when I phoned the West Point Hotel was very helpful and friendly. On arrival ot was exactly the same lady who I guessed was the owner was friendly and helpful .clean rooms and lovely breakfast .would recommend this hotel also central not far from the cost

My sister stayed here on Friday & Saturday (25/26) on Saturday 26th August she was woken with strong stomach pains (ladies time of the month) she came on her period on the day of check out. An bleed a little on the sheet, she then went into the bathroom to have a shower, and got a little more blood on the towels. She went to report this on her departure, but nobody was on reception. I have had £200 take from my account for damage to the bedding and two towels. I’ve also called & emailed for photos of this damage and nothing has been sent. My sister called 22 times for photos of this damage and still nothing. I think this is appalling that someone can take £200 out of your account without evidence of damage. When booking this accommodation I did mention to my sister that the reviews aren’t the greatest and the landlady seems very rude to any negative comments. PEOPLE NEED TO BE MADE AWARE THAT £200 CAN BE TAKEN OUT OF YOUR ACCOUNT WITHOUT AUTHORISATION AND ANY PROOF OF DAMAGE. I am currently in contact with *********** & my bank and will update the outcome.
