Premier Inn Llandudno (Glan-Conwy)

A rather mediocre hotel; the room is too small to accommodate three people. With the window closed, it becomes almost impossible to breathe, if you open it cannot sleep - the roads too close. For someone who is not easily satisfied, the mattress and pillows were uncomfortable— husband's pillows, in particular, were a real nightmare. The staff were generally friendly and helpful when we had questions—they are the only ones worth praising. The bathroom was in a poor state, with rust and mold. Breakfast was so so, nothing exceptional. Would I stay at this hotel again? I don’t think so.

An excellent professionally run hotel. All staff without exception were efficient and very welcoming. They were all dedicated to giving the best service possible- both in the hotel and also in the restaurant. Hotel was kept very clean and service was the best we’ve seen anywhere ( and we’ve been to many Premier Inns all over the UK) The most endearing aspect was the friendly welcoming and supportive atmosphere of all the staff there. Accommodation itself is as you would expect from a Premier Inn. Reception staff courteous and friendly. Room clean and warm. Restaurant however was very disappointing this time. Having explained to 4 staff members that I had had surgery requiring a significant break before a main of at least 30 minutes, it came after 30 seconds. Hence I couldn’t eat it, the food was wasted and I had no hot dinner. This had not happened on my previous stays in this hotel and as I spend on average 3 nights a week in premier inns, I find the understanding so different in all. I didn’t complain. I just find the lack of care for special adjustments upsetting.

Stayed 2 nights while travelling and must say the most comfortable bed i have slept in on all my travels.Checking in was easy and fast(with Luke).Room very clean and tidy.Quiet stay and nice meals next door in the night.Hope to get a return in the future.

Great location , friendly staff rooms cleaned to a high standard . Poor tv channels in room 12 and very annoying corridor door that bangs throughout . Ate at the restaurant twice both times good value for money and enjoyable. Check in efficient

We’ve stayed here a number of times over the years. It’s in a decent location near Llandudno, always reasonably priced and with very comfy bed. You don’t need much more for an overnight stop. But what would improve things is to have more than one hand towel and have some heating in the bathroom. Oh, and stop the wall heater in the bedroom from clicking while it heats up – it goes on for minutes and is really irritating. However, this visit was let down by the quality of the breakfast. Bacon so underdone, it was all but raw. No way were we eating that. On the other hand, black pudding was so overcooked, it was tough and rubbery – you could probably have used it as an ice hockey puck. Scrambled egg was similarly unpleasantly overcooked.
