Location is Good as it's very near to beach and a local seaside market.
Good Restaurants around.
Food we get only veg in the property so my bad i didn't check it before I book the property.
Stay is average,the rooms are not good honestly..some doors and the locks are broken ,Ac not working or flooding water from AC. Mosquitos are there in room .
Deep Cleaning is needed every room as the floors are sticky and bathrooms are pathetic.
Swimming pool is good.
Staff is ok not outspoken, usually in hospitality we expect ready to help staff with a bright smile..I didn't find a single person with a pleasant smile.
This Property Needs overall improvement.

We had a very pleasant stay for 3 days thy have very good Amenities and amazing staff member who made our stay very memorable.Have a very good swimming pool and a breakfast

Overall stay was good. Staff needs to learn how to talk with customer. Specially receptionist girl, she is very lazy and do know how to talk with customer.

Everything starting from check in to check out was excellent....
appreciated everyone support and help.
Abhishek was too good with all the arrangements and 10 out 10 for hotel and staff....

The location of the hotel is very cool, colva beach is hardly on walking distance.
food of the hotel is amazing...I would say as compared to other the hotel food was mind-blowing.
I was having two rooms there one room was good but the other was little uncomfortable due to some kind of dizzy smell and light flickering.
staff was so good there....Abhishek was a good gentleman, he guide us with many informations.

first I have booked 3 rooms and all the rooms are of different sizes with different facilities. My breakfast is included in my booking but they haven't mentioned anything at the time of check-in and in the morning I ordered paratha from their resturant itself which is basic needs for breakfast they just told me that it will be charged. Quite a bad experience over there.
