Our 4th visit here. RM432 had very little to no warm water in the sink. The shower was just barely warm, turned all the way up. We seen a post it on another door on the floor about a boiler being turned up, so there is a known hot water issue.
The room was clean, we'll always stay here.

The sliding bathroom door didn’t have a handle on the inside of the door and wouldn’t close all the way so you had absolutely no privacy. The thermostat wouldn’t go any lower than 68 and wouldn’t kick on until it got above 70 so it was very uncomfortable. The fan wouldn’t run constantly so every time it kicked on it made a loud sound and would wake us up when we finally went to sleep. The hallways had to be at least 80 degrees. The only plus about this hotel was the employees. The lady at the front desk was so friendly and even remembered us when we returned later that night and asked if we enjoyed the concert that we told her we were attending when we checked in hours earlier.

We stay at this hotel at least a couple times a year. We usually get the executive king room but this time we got the double queen room. The beds were horrible!! Very uncomfortable and noisy. Everything else was good.

The staff was excellent. I arrived at the hotel only to find out that I had accidentally booked the wrong day through *******. The staff was very understanding and helpful, and helped me get my reservation updated. The hotel has updated rooms, an excellent breakfast, and direct ****** access.

Hotel was very clean and the staff was friendly. Not much to do other than the ******. They have 1 restaurant and it is very good (Brew Brothers).

Had a room with a giant bunk bed which was neat for kids. Wasn’t as nice as I was expecting with the review the hotel got. Bathroom was weird with a big sliding door that couldn’t be locked and was installed wrong as the handle from in the bathroom was on the side that went behind the wall.
