Best Customer Service All Around
We loved the ease of checking in and the news of all the freebies from the 🏠 ge breakfast buffet to an additional dinner buffet and free drinks. We didn't partake in the free popcorn, but that was also a nice surprise. The room was spacious and filled with everything we needed. Upon getting ready for bed, we noticed the sheets were dirty and called downstairs. They immediately apologized and made arrangements to switch our room and comped the parking fee to make up for the inconvenience. This was a swift, acceptable, and appreciated way to resolve the problem. The next day we used the pool area and it was spacious and clean. Overall, a great trip and all of the staff were constantly there to give help with a friendly and positive attitude that made the stay even better.

Probably the absolute best customer service I have EVER received at any hotel stay. Natalya was the absolute best. She let us check into our room 2 hours early. We were so thankful for that after a long day of traveling. Everyone was so nice and welcoming, knowledgeable about the area. We just loved every worker we met there. They have a “free” kickback with alcoholic drinks and food from 5-7pm. I say free because it’s actually not. Come to find out after the stay they will charge you a conscience fee and occupancy fee which I would assume goes toward the kickback hour. Not a big deal just something to note. The room we had was pretty small and outdated, bathroom was also very small. Room was just okay but overall, I would stay at this hotel again just for the workers.
