Embassy Suites by Hilton Columbus Airport

We stayed overnight between flights. Clean and comfortable. I do recommend.

I enjoy staying with Embassy Suites. Their properties are clean, staff is very helpful and the breakfast is really good with a variety. I look forward to continuing to make more reservations with Embassy Suites.

No hot tub, even though one was advertised on the website- it was why we picked this hotel. We were gaslit by property staff who told us they had never had a hot tub, even though there was still a sign staying that there was one by the pool and it was in the pictures of the property on Google. Pool was absolutely freezing to the point that we were in and out on five minutes. I brought it up to the support chat for the hotel and they were rude because we had booked through a third party site. While we were there, we saw two separate companies come to work on something to do with the boilers/ hot water tanks. Then our shower became lukewarm. I would recommend staying anywhere else in the area and I guess calling before booking to ensure they have the amenities that they claim to offer.

The staff was nice. Overall upkeep an cleaning was lacking. Will not stay there again. I stayed there many times in past . Has definitely changed. No upgrades. Still the same as15 years ago

Liked the free drinks and snacks, staff were very helpful. The Gentleman taking us to the airport was very helpful and friendly.

The room was very hot. Fan seemed to not be working. Room service wouldn’t answer the phone until front desk asked them to call us. We tried calling for over an hour. Charles and Felisha were wonderful!

Very noisy, kids running up and down the hallway sounded like elephants unsupervised. People above us sound like they were having a wrestling match. People staying in the room across the hall were having a concert all night.The pool was nice but overcrowded and unruly. Breakfast was ok, housekeeping was wonderful, front desk associates were so so. I always stay at Embassy suites, this was my first time at this location, I most likely will never go back.

Lobby & Bar are nice. Rooms are starting to be dated. The TV and internet were inconsistent and intermittent. The room was not cleaned, or linens refreshed, during my 2-day stay. Also, they now charge $6 per night to park. This was not mentioned on *******.
