Staff was friendly and knowledgeable, hotel was very well taken care of. Great proximity to the Newport, where we were seeing a concert. Our room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Loved that there was a Keurig, refrigerator and safe in the room as well as a lighted magnifying makeup mirror in the bathroom. We would definitely stay here again.

Check in was supposed to be at 3pm. We arrived at the hotel at 4:50. To our surprise, our room was not ready. We had to sit in the lobby for 20 minutes. Multiple Other guests were also waiting for rooms. Some had been waiting since 3:00. The claimed they were under staffed and that’s why the rooms were not cleaned on time.
Other than that delay, our stay was wonderful.

The only reason I gave 4 stars is because check in is supposed to be 3pm. We arrived around 4:15 and the lobby was packed. The nice girl behind the counter, who saw to me quickly, informed me that the room was not available to check in at this time. We were unable to check in until around 5pm. Wasn’t that big of a deal but definitely an inconvenience. I’d most likely return. Staff was helpful and kind. Hotel was updated and very nice.

The hotel was very clean, modern, and accommodating. Unfortunately, as 3 of us girls were getting ready to go out for the night, our door opened and another group was able to come in. After awhile of not hearing anything, and not wanting to leave the room, we called the front desk about the situation and was met with nothing but attitude and was eventually hung up on. The rest of our stay was unsettling as we were unsure who else could have access to our room.
