Staff was very nice and helpful. Room was clean. It was quiet. Breakfast was great! Really nice hotel! Glad we stayed there.

Modern, really clean, nice facilities. Can't get any better in terms of hotel. Location wise, close to mall but not a very walkable location. Around 20 mins car ride to downtown Columbus.

This was my favorite hotel during this business trip. It had a subtle citrus scent and was very clean. There were also steakhouses, seafood restaurants, and Korean hot pot restaurants nearby, which was so convenient. Columbus is beautiful.

The bar was great. The breakfast was pretty good. Just feel like, for the price of the rooms. It can be better. Really nice set up! But powdered eggs, sausage and biscuit? We can probably add just a little more options for hot breakfast. But other than that, besides the gravy being cold, the hotel over all was fantastic.

Check in process was efficent, staff welcoming. The location and the room were super clean. I chose this location as one of the few with onsite EV charging which was available. Nothing bad to say at all!

The room was very big. The breakfast, especially the eggs were inedible.
The room was supposed to be handicapped accessible...the bed was much to high, i had to drag the desk chair into the br and push it against the bed so it wouldn't spin...so my mother could dress herself safely. If you promise accessible it should be done correctly.

Very clean room (no microwave though) and very good breakfast. Staff was very friendly and the bar signature drink was tasty and the Caesar Salad was really good too…
